Chanar Kalia | সম্পূর্ণ নিরামিষ নরম তুলতুলে ছানার কালিয়া | Chanar Dalna Recipe |Chanar Kofta Curry

Channar kalia it's has strong roots in Nawabi & Rich culinary of Bengal. It's made by soft fresh homemade channa Or cottage cheese. It's different from Channar Dalna Or Panner kofta. It's parfect taste is juice and Spongy.
It's look and taste are so good, you can enjoy anytime with roti, nun, puri Or rice.
🌿INGREDIENTS
200gm home made chana
1tsp plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
a pinch nutmeg and mace powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1tsp cumin seeds
whole garam masala
add 1 cup tomato puree
whipped yogurt
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp rosted jeera powder
1/4tsp garam masala powder
1tsp ghee

Channa, has totally burnt. You be very careful while showing your recipe. Not only that you are
showing Kaju paste adding to your cooking but in your written ingredients it has not mentioned about to use Kaju paste, is it purposely not to disclosed one ingredient at all?
