It’s a dream. The whole building is just nice, the dust collection in the floor is very clever and the machines are awesome - but there’s another aspect that makes it so beautiful: taste. Check out the colour palette: all wood, green and shades of grey, very few bright, garish colours, and very few logos and brand names. That’s deliberate, and it really makes a difference. Most people’s shops look like a clown has exploded in there. It’s something that can be replicated in a small hobby shop: I very much prefer tools in muted colours or with wooden handles etc., and it works: it makes for a quieter, nicer environment.

It's amazing how, without speaking a word, I can completely transport to the Ishitani shop watching these videos. I can almost smell the stove and all the cedar. いつもありがとうございます

Mr Ishitani, I believe the majority of your devoted followers are English speaking and we love your work - we are all obsessed with equipment and machines - you have to do a workshop tour video explaining your amazing quality Japanese machines - do it in Japanese all of us can use subtitles - cheers.

Warm climate, warm winter and the workshop is not heated. But you have to wear warm clothes.
In Russia, the workshop would definitely turn on the heating and heat it up to 25C, because there is a heating system and the fuel is so cheap.
As always, impeccably done work, I am in awe.
I really enjoyed watching your work, thank you.

You've done it again Ishitani crew! Natsuki, It's a wonder how you can design something so simple and show us all of its complexities. At the same time, Chie, youve allowed us to see something so chaotic in its beginnings stages turn into something elegant, serene and calming. However, it is always Shiro who outshines you both LOL! Peace and love from California!

Ah, it is like Spring is here. When Maestro does something it showcases to the world at large that mediocrity can't & shouldn't be celebrated. Someone once said "hope is for the underprivileged", I sure do hope people watch Seńor Ishitani and absorb an iota of his work ethic and the desire to consistently want to pay attention to detail. Thank you for yet another episode of elegance and design made to look simple.
