Think is a classic modest home. The bay window in the living room really added a lot of curb appeal. And even though the basement wasn’t exactly decorated I bet it was well used back in the day. I really liked this house and the property. Glad you decided to come out and show us.
Wow, this is the same style of house i live in. Built in 74, pretty much the exact same layout. We remodeled the interior when we bought it in 2005, and it had the same counter top and cupboards as in this one.

Cool '70's time capsule home, we had a kitchen remodel in '77 and had those same counters top design although I remember ours being slightly lighter, with similar cabinets, and peach wall paint, and alot of mushroom decorations items, and the cafe brown appliances. So many things in this remind me of our home during that time period! The lion joke, too funny!😄🤭

Ethan; this home is a very nice home. It looks like an average every day family home. I wish I could actually afford a brick home like this but I can’t so I’m living in a modular home but it is what it is. Liked this sweet little home. Would be liveable with some updating but seems to be in pretty good shape. I hope the owners had an interesting and fun life here. Pretty country setting. Backyard probably witnessed lots of family barbecues. Large basement probably great play space for kids and the scene for kids birthday parties. I always try to imagine what life was like in the prime of a home’s life. Though plain and simple it served its purpose well. It’s still a shame it couldn’t be saved to become the serene haven for a whole new chapter. Ethan take care of yourself and feel better. Hot tea with honey is soothing for one’s throat. Stay safe and keep warm.

This home is in awesome shape! Very nice. I love the ornate vents for the heating! The country style decor makes me picture a woman cooking and baking in the kitchen! Dressed in LL Bean style clothes. Don't care for the wallpaper borders. I imagine a family lived there, and then the kids grew up. Probably an elderly retired mom and dad stayed there. Most likely, why the washer and dryer were upstairs. Noticed a lot of handicap bars around. Again, it's very sad to see it go. Wishing you well, Ethan! It is such a comfy home! Not black mold or falling ceilings! Makes me so sad to see things torn down for the cookie cutter boxes of the future! Thank you for your efforts!
Along with my last comment, Ethan and I was going to comment this on another home that you went into, but it was a new idea to put up wallpaper borders instead of baseboards, because it was a cheaper way to go about it, and at the time it was new, so a lot of people use that idea because everything was new and it looked nice at the time because it was new. Just an FYI.😊.

Refigure and Redo kitchen? Redo bathrooms? Some cleaning and painting this is quite liveable again? Love that bow window it screams Christmas train and decorations and fireplace "and all the stockings were hung by the chimney" ...Go home and feel better? 🥶🤧😷🤒🥰🥰

As always why can’t they put the new subdivision on some empty lot nearby❗️Ethan,needs Some hot food, some ricolas cough drops for his throat, and double socks when going outside, muffler and hat, basically winter has caught him off guard, and when going out in public, then coming home, I always wash out the nostrils, don’t blow the nose too hard, hot shower gets the joints feeling better, There Aunt Tami has given some cold tips ❣️👍✅🌞 This place reminds me of my Aunt and Uncle’s beautiful old ranch style home,really loved it back in the 60s and 70s❣️🎉🥰✅
