Thanks for this! I just started my spray paint art journey and haven't attempted anything besides planets and space. I've only done a few but I'm learning a lot! I really like the color you chose for the city. That's the other thing I need more of, colors! Anyways thanks again. I'm going to buy a pallet knife and some sponge. Wish me luck 😂

For priming the canvas ourselves, what would you recommend is the best?

Never done it myself. I would just find an acrylic gesso and follow whatever instructions they give you

you know what is really infuriating, when someone holds up a brand of everyday over the counter hardware store clear like that's the kind of paint they are using for everything but then doesn't mention that the rest of the paints they are using are professional artist paints which do everything better and easier so when the beginner tries nothing goes like the saw in the view so they think the failure is all them.........

That's because everyone has different preferences. I use hardcore but others like gold or white or kylon etc. Most paints work
