Man you just really knocked it out of the park with the Sonny themes. This music is so iconic. The first game came out in late 2000s and I still remember and sing the themes to myself. I didn't play the new game, but your work here is fantastic.

easily the most complete rendition. great range, great flow, enough edge--sounds like heroic intervention, too. you really could not ask for much more from such an iconic melody.
I just recently stumbled upon this while listening to the original soundtrack. It is different yet keeps the spirit of thr original. I really like the sudden pauses, feels so new yet familliar.

i really haven't cared for the reviews. from my understanding, the main 3 complaints are that balance is a bit off, you can't see your equipment on the characters, characters in combat don't have animations like they did in the other ones, and the entire thing isn't voice acted like the other ones. i saw it LESS as negatives and more comparisons to the previous one. though on the first boss, i did take a while to push through it but i've had no issues with it.

The overworld track from Sonny 1 was written by Martijn Vranken; the rest of the music from Sonny 1 and 2 was done by me. Martijn's overworld track was really fitting, so we used that as a source of inspiration for one of our overworld tracks in the new game.

The game is lack luster in style, but David saved it. Now i think its a worthy addition to the collection.
