What's funny is when you as Catwoman in Arkham City and visit Calender Man under the court house, he also mentioned her birthday and asked about "any special gift from your father this year?"
It's primarily a reference to The Long Halloween's spin-off "When In Rome" where Selina going to Rome & asking Louisa Falcone about her parentage comes from.

Between this and the Easter Egg in Arkham Origins I wouldn't be surprised if she does show up. Though The Phantasm alone wouldn't be enough for a game so I was wondering if the Court of Owls might also be involved given how much they're being built up in the Black Gate saga? That would be an interesting twist on the whole Mask of the Phantasm story by having it where Andrea is hunting down the Court of Owls instead of the mob and Batman gets caught in the middle.

I mean the letter Easter egg in Knight was huge enough, confirming her existence. But this is next level. And her depiction of the painting was just the icing on the cake. I would not at all be opposed to another Arkham game set before Asylum that loosely adapts The Mask of the Phantasm-on either console or VR.

No disrespect to the new voice actress, but I miss the original one of the Arkhamverse. Sounds too different after hearing Catwoman have a specified voice for so long. I hope they put her in the sequel (Camouflaj definitely deserves a sequel opportunity).
@TheBatman39 I actually didn't know, but that's different. Gordon has had a different voice actor in every game, while Catwoman has been voiced by the same girl in all console Arkham games in which she appears, plus Injustice 2 and more.

There was a comic book sequel to Mask of the Phantasm in an Adventures of Batman & Robin annual, a tie in to the animated series. I believe she's also been in a fairly recent run of Batman and Catwoman, although I haven't read those yet.
So Vicki Vale and Bruce are really on again/off again in the Arkhamverse aren't they? In Orgins he is dismissive of her interview attempts. In Shadow, they have at least attempted a few dates and chances are that shes seen his country house. In City, he makes a joke about being a billionaire as he walks by her and doesn't seem to really acknowledge internally when saving her from Joker. And in Knight they are back to seemingly being involved with her casually dropping the nickname "Brucie" when calling his office. And in Suicide Squad.....we dont talk about Suicide Squad.
I don't take their relationship all that seriously, it seems it's just Bruce keeping up with his playboy persona. Arkhamverse Bats seem to only really care about Selina and Talia, but now Andrea might be another contender.
So Bruce would go on to date Vicki Vale for 7-8 years on and off since we hear her voicemail in AK, and has been rizzing up Selina Kyle out of custome, and has had a romantic connection to Andrea for years. Yep, this is the TAS Batman reincarnated. With more Batman games being teased, they have to introduce The Phantasm now.
Her just being there is a Mask of the Phantasm reference. That being said, the "Angel of Death" is a pre-existing character. The most famous example being the angel of death described in the Book of Exodus. Andrea mentioning the angel of death before unaliving someone is just a reference to that

I think if Andrea comes back for a future game, we should get flashbacks with her and the start of her relationship with Bruce. It could have a similar narrative structure to the flashbacks in Shadow with Harvey. Could also be a cool opportunity to see Bruce Mask up for the first time like in Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.
I'd love to see more character moments, flashbacks, & fleshing out a vital relationship like what they did in Shadow. It'd be nice to see Arkham Bruce be happy & meaningfully engage with one of his love-interests.

My money is that Selina has always known about Batman’s secret identity, but she promised to keep it secret. After all, Batman is a mysterious brooding individual, whom she likes, and Bruce is rich, which she also likes. If she exposed his identity at any point, all of that would disappear. Plus, both Batman and Bruce add some fun to her life as well.

As the whole going to Rome thing to question Louisa Falcone is the plot of When in Rome. In those comics, Catwoman would always flirt with Batman. And Bruce and Selina were dating (as much as Bruce’s a consistent boyfriend at least, there are many times Bruce stands her up due to Batman business) It is however never stated outright that Bruce knows Selina is Catwoman, but you could easily guess that he knows. Selina however doesn’t know that Bruce is Batman for a fact. But she does suspect that when she dreams about Batman but always calls him Bruce, but questions why she does that. She wouldn’t know for certain until years later. Which is a bit contradictory itself cause he reveals himself then she forgets cause some mind wipe stuff a couple times until he reveals himself during Batman: Hush then she knows for certain. In the Arkham City interview tapes, Strange taunts Selina about his Identity and that she doesn't know it and he does and that Batman doesn't trust her. Tape 4 CW: "You don't know anything about him." HS: "And neither do you. He hasn't confided in you because he doesn't trust you. And it hurts doesn't it?" Tape 5 HS: "You're hurt because he knows who you are but you don't know anything about him. Do you... love him?" So we can surmise that in between Arkham City and Knight, he tells her that he's Bruce.

At Least Lucius Fox is voice by Dave Fennoy. He voice the character back in Batman: Arkham Knight and reprise it in Batman: The Telltale Series
