Breakfast in the morning
I don't know if that's placebo sleep but I know that it's called power nap. Basically, 20 mins is approximate requirement for caffeine you consumed to kick in and alert you. And I don't think it's for days, it helps you end the day withiut falling a sleep, that's all. For instance, if you slept in the lab two nights in a row and you have a class on the third day, power nap helps. Bc we do that and it helps. But I'm just sharing an experience, haven't actually checked the facts on this matter.

i had pharmacology lectures and true they say that drugs are tested by making placebo vs real drug but from what my professor said even the healthcare workers/doctor do not know that the drugs they are prescribing are placebos, the test is a double-blind test i hope that explains a little somehow idk hhahaha
