Even estates in the UK have a higher average price than La Zagaleta, for example St. George's Hill in Surrey, 420 houses with an average price of £4m (18 sales in excess of £10m), Wentworth Estate average price of £4.8m. Then if you take in to account areas of Saint-Tropez that have average sales of 5m EUR+ and Monaco etc, La Zagaleta is definitely not the most expensive place in Europe by a long shot. No idea where they plucked that statement from

Sorry but London and Paris are more expensive a one bedroom flat in London can cost you up to one million, if you put that house in Chelsea it would be 8 to 10 million pounds and that would be a steel.

I see a couple of smirking guys walking around in an empty overpriced villa in La Zagaleta, Nobody wants to rent there its too far away and you are surrounded by weird people who never look you in the eyes. You can buy this in Nueva Andalucia for 1/3th of the price and then ppl want to rent it. Dumb video.
