That is so impossibly sad, hearing Michael say 'They hate us.' I can't put into words how much I love and respect Michael as an actor and his indigenous heritage. If the white man had listened to the wisdom of the Native Americans instead of slaughtering them and stealing their lands, the world would be a far better place. Sending much love from the UK xx

My god ... I absolutely believe what Michael is saying here, but at the same time I (living in Europe, having never been to North America) can't grasp it's still like this? In 2024? I've just recently come across Michael, having watched him in the movie "Woman walks ahead". What an astonishing actor. And dancer. And professor. I've watched several interviews with him these past days, and I'm just ... so impressed. I'm so impressed by what he did with his life, how he's living it. He has my deepest respect.
