    He also had a follow up hit to Escape called "Him." It was a Billboard hit in 1980. It went to number 6. Also, Escape was No 1 the last week of '79 and still the first week of '80, making it the first No. 1 song of the 80's.

    BIG FAN OF RUPERT - so THANKS. Listen to "Brass Knuckles" - a song that tells a film noir story of crooked cops and a lady who "takes off ermine cloaks." FABULOUS.

    He is a genius to the level of Quincy Jones. The way he blends chord progressions that are not typically used by average composers. He is monumental.

    I had no idea how accomplished he is... and for days now.. i can't stop singing "HIM".. I'm totally intrigued and taken with him!! Not HIM.. but "him.. " .. and HIM, too! lol
