Good Question! I'm using Eutectic solder for these beads. There's two reasons why... First, the melting temperature of Eutectic solder is 1460F/793C so it won't melt in the kiln. Also, because Eutectic solder is just silver and copper (no zinc) it can be depletion gilded afterwards so the enamels won't react (and turn brown and bubbly) over the solder seam. Thanks! ps.
