    "Don't email when angry" needs to be something we all remember NOT to do on a daily basis! Love how you handled this topic, Adriana :)

      It can often be all too easy to make that knee jerk reaction and respond when upset. I think we have all done it one time or another, and regretted it just as quickly! Thanks for watching, cheers!

      The draft email thing works.. gives you an opportunity to vent and then later reflect. Without potentially damaging those productive working relationships we work hard to maintain

      I don't know if it should be taught, it mostly down to basic manners, something that needs to start at home at a young home.

    Such great advice, Adriana! I swear like a sailor sometimes, but I always read the room and make sure I'm in the right company. And I love the don't email while angry. I always write a few drafts before hitting send.

    I resonate with the interruption thing... Often it's not due to malice as you say it's often due to wanting connect, support or just being excited about the topic of conversation.
