HOA =nightmare!!
There are more areas with them than without.... Most are very good actually.... some have been bad...... So as of July 2024, the State of FL passed new laws restricting a lot of the bad things that HOAs were known for.... In fact, FL is out to fine or even jail the people in charge of the ones that break the law ....
This is not one of the bad ones here from what the neighbors have spoken to me about..... Great area actually. This one has sold now though.... I can definitely help you find a great one though HOA or not..

The L-A-R-G-E TREE'S Hanging I-N the Yard from Behind the Fence in the Backyard would be a R-E-A-L Deal-Breaker.
Large trees a a staple of central Florida… as long as they are not a Water Oak, they will be here long after we are gone….. this house had a contract and sold, a day after the video went out.
