When are builders ever going to build small homes?! Way too much to take care of as a senior and I hate big homes. More affordable would be nice.

It'll take more than 20 minutes to get to downtown Ocala. With all the people that have moved here traffic is horrible on 200.
I used to live outside of Ocala, hated my whole time there, not a safe place to live.

I am thinking Florida has Higher Property taxes, as they Have Zero State Income Tax . It is a great place for IRA withdrawals in Retirement.
@@RenzoM4 1% (not 1.4%) seems to be the average for taxes in other communities. That means that the 365k selling price would have to be closer to 300k to equalize the taxes.

It is an HOA that is not good you pay for all that crap and the cost goes up always and never down. Is in a flood zone or close to one?
