Milwaukee Goodyear Branch

Come along as we drive the former Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad's Goodyear Branch, which was located between Mather and Goodyear, Wisconsin. The line was constructed in the 1880's and lasted until about 1894, at which time the rail was pulled up and reused on other operations in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. The roadbed remains as part of a county road and also a minimum maintenance town road. I wouldn't recommend travel on the sand road without a four wheel drive vehicle.
