It was 1972 December first weekend. I was in 7th class and returning home from my evening shift school after 615 pm. Rajouri Garden Nehru Market New Delhi. Local govt vehicle was there with AKASHVANI DOORDARSHAN team and this movie just had started. I sat on ground and watched full movie till end to leave for home with heavy heart and fear of punishment from father. Still I watched this a number of times whenever I had a chance. Great and marvelous philosophy played by RK. GOD Almighty gave a chance to watch a philosophy in perfection.

Rajesh Khanna was a great actor and a superstar also no doubt in that but I might say Dilip Kumar is known as the first Super star and introduced stardoms in Indian cinema. His popularity increased in late 50s, and 60s he was in his stardoms by Mughal -E- Azam (1960). Arguably, Raz kapur has roughly massive success throughout the carrier, he is also known as "the greatest showman of Indian cinema". Later rajesh khannas Undoubting looks charms made his carrier in a Golden Reels. In terms of looks and aura, in late 60s and 70s Uttam Kumar and Rajesh Khanna there is none. Fun fact :
This film Anand ( 1970) is a personal moments of Raj Kapoor and Director : Hrishikesh Mukherjee. Actually The character of Anand was inspired by Raj Kapoor, who used to call Mukherjee "Babu Moshay". It is believed that Mukherjee wrote the film when once Kapoor was seriously ill and Mukherjee thought that he may die. The film was dedicated to Kapoor. Leter Mukherjee also made a bangla film called " Babu Moshai " starting - Uttam Kumar .
Surely, Anand is a emotion and inspiration to many actor and director.
Even the Casual hit director Razkumar Hirani is greatly inspired by Anand. So, mostly in his movies, many of his character has Anand influences & " Larger than Life " styles like Munna Bhai after Bappu's influence, Ranchuor in 3 Idiots, pk's lifestyle in pk movie . Also, Lymphosarcoma of the intestine is been mentioned in Munna Bhai 😅😅, After Babuji Inters in Munna Bhais fake clinic. After watching all of this, when I watched Anand I certainty knows how Raju Hirani wrote his characters.

No actor not only in Bollywood but in entire India has ever given a better performance than Rajesh Khanna did in Anand , many of the finest film journalists and movie critics are still unison in the opinion that Rajesh Khanna's death scene is the finest ever given by anyone, it can never be matched at all . Absolutely disagree. All credit for this film goes to its director, dialogue writer, lyricist and music director. Even on the front of acting, Ramu Kaka and Ramesh Deo is more natural than Rajesh and Amitabh. Amongst these two, obviously Amitabh is more natural. Rajesh Khanna was best fit not because of his acting but for his innocent face which creates sympathy in the mind of audience.

गीत, संगीत, निर्देशन, संवाद प्रत्येक कोण से एक अत्यंत ही उच्च दर्जे की ऐतिहासिक फिल्म। इस फिल्म में वैसे तो सभी कलाकारों का अभिनय काबिल ए तारीफ हैं परंतु राजेश खन्ना के बिना इस फिल्म की कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती। वैसे तो वे पहले ही से सुपरस्टार थे परंतु इस फिल्म में अभिनय के माध्यम से तो वे अमर हो गए। मैं जानता हूं कि मैं उनके जैसा जीवंत जीवन जी नहीं सकता परंतु इच्छा है कि काश थोड़ा बहुत ही सही मैं भी इस प्रकार के जीवन को जी सकूं। वास्तव में आनंद मरा नहीं करते।
