      I dont have lower back pain when I wke up but have excruciating pain on my right leg down to my right foot. Hope there is a solution for this. Thanks

    Between the bridge and cobra my back now feels great. Thank you, i was in sevear pain and thought i had something seriously wrong with my lower back... these new exercises are a game changer. Saved myself from a chiropractor visit. I will spread the word.

    Thank you. You are so sweet in how you explain and demonstrate the moves. I have recently recommended your channel to my boss! I find most of the stretches have freed me from going to dr. I can do everything at home in my comfort zone when I need to. You have been my life's long awaited game changer!!! I still need help from my son to pull me into a stable lower back twist once in awhile. But freedom is great I feel so much more confident that I dont have to depend on someone to fix me all the time which I thought was hurting me! I am far stronger now than I was 20 years ago!       great exercises ... variations of yoga asanas... whi h havent helped with the lower bp....which brought me here... the first excerises r very good up to the cobra type stretches these seem to cause more strain in lower back muscles, undoing the pevious release. ? ... bridge ex etc aew great however....

    I used one of those huge therapy balls today laid on it with my back and stretched with my feet and hands on the floor.
    It was amazing, they are delivering me one of those balls today sometime and I'm really excited 🎉so I can use it as many times as I need or want, for pain relief therapy, after my car accidents. I'm choosing that over drugs or alcohol.

    This really helped with back pain this morning. I sleep on my stomach and only recently has it started to cause back pain. The stretching of the bed exercise was great, but I felt tingling and pulls in my thighs, do you know why that would be?

I actually found your channel about 2 years ago as I have a physically taxing job and needed some relief from my body aches. I coincidentally moved to Saint Joseph almost a year and a half ago. You're clinic is literally only a mile from me! I wish I could make an appointment but my only free day is Fridays and it looks like you don't do Friday appointments 😔 I will continue to faithfully watch your videos though!

    Dude, I wish I could do half of these. I will try my best. I’ve had a l4/l5 fusion a couple years ago and none of my doctors can tell if was a success or not, so I’m just winging it for now. If I knew for sure that it took, I wouldn’t hold back on any stretches or exercises.

      @@DrRowe Ok. I have an appointment Tuesday to see if they are gonna do the fusion of l5/s1 now. It was bad before first surgery and it is an excruciating now. Not looking forward to another operation at all.

    For many months, my left lower back goes into a spasm when I awake in the morning. It only happens in the morning, and is painful. I have to walk it off for about 45 minutes before the pain/spasms go down. Throughout the day, there's no spasm or pain. I have gone to a chiropractor and physio but not much help. Any idea/suggestions how to get rid of this? Thanks in advance.

    Let me just add to my last message , more than the slight lower back irritation its the shoulder pain every morning after getting up like its been hit by a sledgehammer. I dont sleep on soft cushions but on rubber mats put together , are there exercises you can recommend for this mike? Thnx

    Yes I still wake up every 1-2hours in my sleep but pain is not in my lower back. Instead its n my right lower knee to my right foot (excruciating pain) is there any way to reduce it? Thanks

      @@DrRowe I did xray and mri already and feb was my 3rd attack, they found oud i have disc bulge l3-4. First and 2nd attack last year from different hospital but they gve me wrong diagnosis (only xray and told me lil compression). Im on my 6th sessions of my therapy and she only does traction, ultrasound, stimulation and hot compress. My ortho prescribed to me 600mg ibuprofen and muscle relaxant only this week and I must say medications lessen my pain in which I can do some stretching. I hope this pain will go away soon as I cant stand, sit, drive, and sleep for too long. One month of sciatica is not a joke 😭😭😭

      Generally, spine neutral exercises (like the pelvic bridge or the bird dog) would be more beneficial.

      @@DrRowe thanks for responding.. yes but like the Botox they shot me with for a year with no results its a temporary fix. I have great health insurance but they will not pay for a Chiropractor. So I ran out of money and no lasting results. I went 2 years no job so could not afford to continue. Until the underlying issues are fixed whatever they are I feel I am wasting money. Similar to Chemotherapy...if the diet and health issues are not addressed to cancer will eventually come back

    Actually I also have one side tightness in back but also mine left side feels weaker than normal ...it's been around 2 yrs I am suffering withit.I have been to physiotherapist but it also didn't helped to improve it. Acutally two yrs ago I started feeling pain in my tail bone first then gradually the pain gone itself but my left side of ql muscle area started feeling weaker and weaker ..and then it strted becoming tighter in my right side .and now it is more than tight and I am so dipressed about it ,it dosnet hurt aur pain but I can't stand long time more than 1-2 hrs it's starts burning aur geting tighter in right side of lower back but sometime my weaker side (left ql side) hurts sometimes by itself or when I try to strech my left side to balnce both side it hurts badly only left side....now i can't do my daily works,can even bow down easily , uneasy to do daily works....Before it i never felt any backpain ,I never had any back problem .Even I don't have a single problem In my back before it
    So if you may give me some suggestion about it I will be great for me sir ..please sir❤️🙂😥
    Now it's tighter in right side (my ql ,my hips,hamstring and even upper right side ,where another left side is weaker than normal and very loose)
    I am doing this exercises since 2 months..but it's not improving what should I do now.

    So what if you tired it all but your back have you crawl legs are gone I mean gone your back in on fire fire I mean lava plz somebody help me I'm scared asf of surgery but it's been years with this and now I can only sleep for 3 hours 4 hours if u sleep more I wake up and want to die I mean dead ass kill myself it hurts bad asl
