@@DBTechYT monitoring ping to different IPadresses. Like the program Pingplotter for windows. I have recently started to have problems with my fiberconnection and i want to give my ISP screenshots of any downtime. Suggestions?
I would suggest cloning the SD card to a USB thumb drive or similar and trying that. SD cards on Pis, from my experience, are slow and much more unreliable than USB drives

If you just want to ping a website or service and get notifications, you could use something like Uptime Kuma

Casaos runs so slow on a pi4 it's dreadful. have given up with it
Are you running it on an SD card? Or a USB drive? I can't help if you don't provide more details.
