HOW TO COOK THE PERFECT TILAPIA!

Watch for tips on how to cook the perfect tilapia.
YOU WILL NEED
Butter
Garlic
Tilapia
Seasonings of your choice
lemon juice
hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
Wash and season tilapia fish. Spray the grill with nonstick cooking spray. Grill for 2-3 minutes then flip. Grill for another 2-3 minutes. Add a few splashes of lemon juice. Melt butter and add garlic to a stovetop pan. Drizzle over the tilapia, and serve with hot sauce and grilled asparagus.
If baking tilapia, cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. This recipe is good for fish or shrimp. Thanks for watching! Like, comment, SHARE!

This looks really good! I've only made asparagus once in my whole life. I don't even remember how it tasted. I thought the hot sauce was some type of sauce that you'd made at first. TFS
