At this 0.46mins In this video, in mealy diagram sir saying that "next state combination logic as decoder" but my doubt is decoder will have 2 i/ps - 4 o/ps (or) 3i/ps - 8o/ps but in that diagram it have 2i/ps - 1o/ps then how it will be decoder. (i think it may be 2:1demux). Anyone pls help
