How can i do squats if i have knee pain and injuries. I have back AND knee pains so i need the strengthening but i feel like i cant do any of the exercises. Any suggestions
This is a really common issue that people start out with! The two issues are fundamentally related - but yous tart off - do you get out of chairs or off the toilet seat - if yes (likely) then you are already doing them - probably poorly - you need to learn how to do them without pain and without issues - the result of mastering this will be that both the knee and the back health will improve! check out this masterclass video to start and if you need more help check out our website: th-cam.com/video/QIYFt7qQbJw/w-d-xo.html
Just to clarify the exercises should be done daily, if done for 3 rounds that’s 30 squats 30 hip hinges and 30 split squats each side so 210 a week. Many thanks. Really enjoyed the video and explanation
This is really important to look at more closely, WHEN precisely do you get pain doing these, as it will be a failure to control the spine that leads to the arthritic joints being aggravated. So technique comes into this :) doing them correctly, will not give pain so something to work on there :)

Can I do horse stance with lower back osteoarthritis? The standing version done in martial arts.
Our recommendation would be to focus more on strength building exercises rather than these sorts of postures to be honest.

Since I have arthritis in my facet joints at L5S1, these exercises cause pain. Is it ok to continue?
