Great vid. Prolimit also makes some impressive gear. I’m using a 5/4 here in Switzerland with 43.5 F water 28.4 air temperature and it feels almost too warm even in windy conditions. Very stretchy and has the “fleece-like” liner that makes it dry fast and has a good anti-rash effect.

We have outside temps in winter months can get down to 55 and will warm up to high 60’s or 70’s. My last suit was an NPX 4/3 M/T( now 10 years old) but it feels like a 3/2 and it has worked great in colder weather and windy conditions but warm as the temps rise. Im debating between a 3/2 or 4/3 for my next suit, thinking the newer technology and seam treatments have improved. Im beginning to wingfoil this season as well from Kiteboarding 15 years.

If you're old suit is ~10 years old - you're going to love the new ones. I see the air temperature above but what is the water temp?

Thanks Tim - Water temps are lowest in January 58 degrees but the humid wind chill can be low 50s. Lots of days the suit is most important off the water.

Was just on Ocean Rodeos website and they have sold their drywear division to Mustang. The mustang site doesn't show any OR models. Looks like Mustang bought them just to kill the competition.

You should still be able to find them. I actually bought mine after the transaction. It's a great product - I sure hope they didn't kill it.

@@HALFLIFEVIDEO I've seen them on a few websites still. I ended up going with an O'Neil Boost.

Are there any gloves that people are happy with winging in the winter? Alaska Winger here and so far have not found one.

Hi Chris -- We haven't found a clear winner. I've been using the Glacier Glove -- It does have the pre-curve and I like them. The strap that goes around the wrist is velcro and I find it doesn't stay wrapped when foiling so it's annoying to have the straps come loose and then have to deal with it while winging. That said - it solves the forearm issue, has pre-curvature, and are warm enough.
If you find a great one - please let us know.

@@HALFLIFEVIDEO thanks. I used glacier gloves for a long time windsurfing year round but they are quite a bit thicker ones. Maybe 20 years old though. Assume designs have changed.
