The Delhi High Court on Thursday passed an order on its administrative side to withdraw judicial work from District Judge Aman Pratap Singh.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the full court held last week.
"I am directed to say that Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice and Judges of this Court have been pleased to order that judicial work be withdrawn with immediate effect from Mr. Aman Pratap Singh, an officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as District Judge 1- South West, Dwarka, New Delhi," an order issued by the High Court Registrar General on September 19, 2024 said.

The ADJ should be elevated to High court after seeing his devotion in judiciary and his conduct.
If the camaras are installed in every court, atleast one judge in every court in India will have same attitude

कितनी अजीब बात है कि जो उस व्यक्ति के साथ होना चाहिए जिसका अपने परिवार या समाज के प्रति अभ्रद व्यवहार रहा होगा,जिसे जेल भेजा गया हो उसके साथ अभद्रता करने पर लोग ऑफेंड हो रहे हैं ।

Direct recruitment of ADJ are more or less same. They are filled with proud of getting appointment directly upon the lower judiciary and they are getting seniority upon the lower judiciary without proper merit. They get priority in promotion to the High Court and that is the reason they treat badly with staffs, pso, police, judicial officers and even promoted ADJ . This direct recruitment to ADJ post should be stopped as neither they have experienced of Judge nor proper practice as an Advocate.
