make sure your receiver is "seen" by the headset, basically make sure you can also see the receiver for optimal use, using a USB hub or extender is recommended if connecting to the front USB ports is not possible so you can place it anywhere in front of you instead. if you connect it to the rear where you don't visibly see it, the mic won't work and you'd hear garbled noises or getting cut off instead

I love this headset but unfortunately whenever i plug in the dongle my wifi gets so much worse and brings down my mbps to 10 which is so annoying because i really like this headset :(
This is probably because both the headset and your WiFi router use a similar 2.4 GHz frequency band. You have three options. 1. check whether both your router and your WiFi adapter/laptop support 5.0 GHz WiFi and switch to this transmission mode, then the devices will no longer interfere with each other. Or 2. change the channel of the 2.4 GHz frequency band in your router to an overlap-free (interference-free) channel. For 20 MHz, these are: 1, 6 and 11 or for 40 MHz: channels 3 to 11. Or 3. plug the adapter as far away as possible from your WiFi receiver. Use an extension cable if necessary. Make sure that the headset adapter is not located as the crow flies between your WiFi adapter and/or router.
They're a nice headset and the 3.5mm jack is very handy. Mine stopped connecting wirelessly months ago. I rang MPOW and they took my details and said they'd be in touch. They never did get in touch, which doesn't say a lot for their Customer Service. Mine still work, but only with the 3.5mm jack plugged in, which means I can still use with an XBox One and a Macbook, but it's a little frustrating the dongle appeared to stop picking up on the headset.

in the previous models, the whole mic was removable like in a lot of gaming headsets. but there's a variant with the non-removable mic now, which is probably due to the microphone issue. granted I got a lucky with a unit that had no problems at all

It’s really good if you don’t rage and smash them on the desk they last as long to 3 years maybe
Or just as long you take care of them
Do you need to have the mic in when you are using it?
I bought this product but after less than a week of use there was a problem. The headset just randomly started echoing, it almost felt like the sound you were hearing was underwater and you could barely hear it and what you could hear was very bad quality. Is there a way to fix this?
What's the best noise cancelling mic for recording in a loud environment?
Your mic that u are using in this video is far better, im looking for a headphone with such quality mic
( MSI DS502 )'s mic quality is unbelievable!
@@dila8503 is that what hes using?
@@randomguy36j98 No , It's what I using bro believe me it's more than great 🤩.

I have these but the mic stops working on my ps5 during party chat after about 10 seconds. My friend says it sounds like a robot on their end then nothing. When I have it wired the mic works but there's an echo, my friend hears himself. Anyone else have this problem?
you can tell what is the difference between the models?

Looks good to me, where to find better price/quality? Top. 👍
Hey, I’ve ran into a problem using these and was wondering if you knew anything. When changing in game volume like on COD say changing the music volume it will stay the exact same. Have you realized this? How have you fixed it?
Does this headset have mic monitoring built in? As in does it play the mic audio back through the earcups rather than just having to listen to your muffled voice drowned out but game audio? Would be a dealbreaker for me
i have a question please; i work in a call centre & lots of noise around me & I need something that is soft on my ear cz i am going home sometimes with a headache. would u recommend this headset cz on sale now on Amazon?
thx bro mines coming tomorrow😌
the over all quality of the headset and the feel is great, however i am getting random disconnects and it will come back immediately does anyone know how to fix this problem?
For me the detachable mic is not working ! Can you please help?
make sure your receiver is "seen" by the headset, basically make sure you can also see the receiver for optimal use, using a USB hub or extender is recommended if connecting to the front USB ports is not possible so you can place it anywhere in front of you instead. if you connect it to the rear where you don't visibly see it, the mic won't work and you'd hear garbled noises or getting cut off instead
How do you get the microphone to work with the headset? I plug it in and the headset just turns off. Same in wired mode.
Edit: I figured it out, I plugged the microphone into the wrong slot.
LOL
How is it?
@@siruis7300 it's not reliable, at least for me. After all these issues I had with it I just gave up and used the set-up I used before I got it.
But other than that, the sound is decent and the mic is good, I just don't like the head strap thing, it hurt the top of my head.
@@Icedrous hmm okok thanks!
Does it work on xbx 1? Also does it works with davinci resolve for u?
How they are now? What's about the sound quality?
Thanks for the shedding some light on this product brought the same product but mine won't connect to the bluetooth dongle , blue keeps blinking and times out. i have got no sound and its very frustrating any help please. My laptop is an acer nitro 5 ANSI51
How would you compare them to Hyperx Cloud Alpha as far as dual chambers? I've had those and I loved the sound.
I got this headset for $28 SHIPPED in Malaysia. For me the headset is really worth it! N

So iam a little confused should I buy an astro a10 it has more positive reviews everywhere or this mpow headsets which have literally less to no reviews on websites.
My main usage is for gaming I need a good mic too, iam not sure if the Bluetooth connectivity with the ps4 is good with this headset so please help
Can we hear ourself talking when we have the headset on?
Thanks
I'd also like to know this ...
nah, you have to get a software or something of that sort which is what I use
I just had a quick question. Can we charge and use these at the same time?
you can see battery percentage on your monitor just go to sound setting you will see connected device Bluetooth power percentage
this is not a bluetooth device so you really cannot determine the percentage for this headset
Or
2. change the channel of the 2.4 GHz frequency band in your router to an overlap-free (interference-free) channel. For 20 MHz, these are: 1, 6 and 11 or for 40 MHz: channels 3 to 11.
Or
3. plug the adapter as far away as possible from your WiFi receiver. Use an extension cable if necessary. Make sure that the headset adapter is not located as the crow flies between your WiFi adapter and/or router.
The mic is amazing
basicallly a hyperx cloud 2 frame with other earcups
and different drivers. Thats it
Is it possible to buy a separate usb dongle for 2.4GHz Wireless? Where?
They're a nice headset and the 3.5mm jack is very handy. Mine stopped connecting wirelessly months ago. I rang MPOW and they took my details and said they'd be in touch. They never did get in touch, which doesn't say a lot for their Customer Service. Mine still work, but only with the 3.5mm jack plugged in, which means I can still use with an XBox One and a Macbook, but it's a little frustrating the dongle appeared to stop picking up on the headset.
How do you get the mic to work with the Xbox one? My son just received one as a gift and we can't get it to work.
@@stephanielynn101 Are you sure you've not press the mute button on the headphones? Are you on a Mac or a PC? On a Mac, you have to ensure that the MPOW is selected as the input under Settings > Sounds.
On an Xbox One.
The mute button isn't turned. He can hear sound but no one can hear him through the the mic.
@@stephanielynn101 Is this on all games?
@@XiagraBalls we got it working. It did need to be selected as input on the Xbox.
I have those headphones and the mic don't come off
they made a revision without the removable mics because it mostly caused issues. they but a huge disclaimer in online listings now
I recently bought this headset. In Microsoft Teams calls the other party is saying they hear a tone coming from my end of the call. They say it happens seemingly randomly ever few minutes. I've heard it at the same time as others in the call a couple of times. Did you experience anything like that?
do you have another 2.4ghz wireless device? I have to keep my dongles about 4 inches apart to stop interference
@@MatteusClement My switch, but it's at least a foot away.
is there a way to change the frequency so 2 people can both be using a headset with interfering with each other?
Great review. I'm going to buy a pair based on it.
Did you purchased it ?
Is the mic still detachable or not and if not then how's the quality
@@jazminrj2005 I haven't used the mic yet so I don't know about the quality.
The book says it's detachable, and I've tried to take it off, but I was afraid I'd break it.
@@Smart_boy2001 Yep. I really like it.
@@kingoftipton1 The newer design doesn't have a detachable mic. I was thinking of ordering this mic for my brother. Would you recommend it while gaming, is the sound quality good?
I was tempted to get one, however they changed the design and the mic is now permanently attached and isn't removable.
And it sounds extremly muddy
I definetly wouldnt recommend buying them if you will EVER listen to any kind of Music or sound, just dont cheap out with wireless headsets
@@r8v8Act0ne yeah, I ended up getting the Superlux HD681. Until I can afford a Steelseries wireless headset I'm gonna stay wired

is there a delay between the audio of the headphones and the in game audio?
I just bought this headset and connected it with my PC. But unfortunately there is a little rustle on the left earbud. Can someone help me please.
please please please reply soon , does the usb thing connect to switch?
You mentioned the microphone is removable, is this the full arm or just the foam cover? if it can be removed do you just pull it out, as it seems really well secured into the main body?
in the previous models, the whole mic was removable like in a lot of gaming headsets. but there's a variant with the non-removable mic now, which is probably due to the microphone issue. granted I got a lucky with a unit that had no problems at all
I thinking of buying but the newest model does not have detachable mic anymore so I change now my mind
I got those for 30€
And can i connect them with my phone (Bluetooth) while it's connected to my pc?

What would you recommend between this headset and hyperx cloud stonger core wireless
I would recommend this one if you just want comfort, bass, premium design, and sound from cheap headset! This one is price to performance and they are cheaper than the “Stonger” core wireless!
Can my streaming software recognize them. Say my el gato software?
Hi! Nice video!!
Hi, is it over-ear? And could you please tell me if does it got a good bass?
What do you mean by over ear? It is over your ear. Sound is great.
