I’ve got a 2012 Switchback and love it! I remove all the detachable goodies for in town. I took one long trip this summer and the Switchback did awesome! Only thing I don’t like is all the quick release accessories rattle every time you hit a bump!
Changing out the heavy and long factory exhaust took the 80mph vibration out of my 2012 switchback. Fork fangs fixed my helmet buffering more than then different windshield.
I have a 2012 Switchback, red with black hard leather bags. No idea if this was a factory option, or the previous owner replaced them. I also have shorter exhausts without the long tail pipe. That's the thing abtou Harleys. Everyone makes ti their own.
So what's a better deal.... a 2013 switchback or a 2021 sport glide? I'm a novice as far as knowing everything about bikes, but I feel like they offer the same experience, benefits, and options between the two. I realize that they have different motors, and they are different bikes, and they're nearly a decade apart as far as performance, but is it really a big difference?
I just saw the video. I have a 2012 switchback. Mine has a solo seat with the little luggage rack behind it. I've been looking for a passenger seat because my daughter likes to ride with me. I the type of seat that will be thick. Yours looked thick. But I want armrest. Kind of so it will look like a passenger seat on a bigger, fancier touring bike. I will greatly appreciate any help with this. By the way detachable arm rest would be fine. Thanks and great video.
I hate my windshield ..I found one used and cut it down like 6 inches want a Mempis shades farting .with cloud style bar's..mine is a 2012 with 6,200 miles the stock windshield sucks because the buffering from the wind at 70 i it made my head shake .. and it rattles when you hit bumps .some of it is battery cover . And I think shock covers
