I don't care much for the glasses, but I put on Dusty's goggles and they work great as a replacement.
I just got my Buzzer in the mail today from B.B.T.S. It's crazy how early this figure came out. Great review!
This happened to me with the Crimson Guard too, came super early and no one else got them or the rest of the wave for months.
Why this one and not the other ones like his buddy with jaws of life?
@@danielmilliken8903they no longer come packed as a wave in a case, just straight cases of one figure so somehow the factory sent this container off early or something 🤷🏻♂️

I am not sure when I will get Buzzer from Hasbro Pulse, but I will probably get Tripwire and night force Tunnel Rat soon along with the Crimson Twins and Baroness.

Another great review. That pistol is nice, maybe that can be the new standard. Wish they’d get the plastic situation settled for good. I agree with you, I don’t mind if it’s soft but bends back into shape. But c’mon Hasbro, get this sorted!

U can also use a hand drill with micro drill bit. Separate weapon in 2 parts drill it out on inside and insert stiff small paper clip into it followed by superglue. Most people r not gonna do that but I have in a few and it worked great for me.
Would have been better with 2 heads, 1 with sculpted on glasses and 1 without glasses.
Also bad QC is severely hurting the line imo. It makes no sense to have such amazingly sculpted figures and accessories, just to have wobbly joints and rubbery weapons.
They wouldn't afford if after giving a non-character like "Shooter", two heads.
I do like the idea of 2 head sculpts but that is extra tooling and costs. I having had too many issues with poor QC with the figures, although I have see issues on line for sure. The weapons are a whole different issue but so far these seem to be fine. Soft but come back to form the way they were meant to be.
You've actually got me excited about this figure now. It would be nice if he had some way to stash the bat and axe.

Just cancelled my 2 Buzzers from Hasbro Pulse and ordered 2 from BBTS as well since they are in stock. I also have the Swamp Biker Load Out “Buzz” waiting for him when he arrives. Not too sure which glasses I want to use, the one that come with him, the goggles from Dusty, or the red or silver tactical shades from Gridiron? I also love the head sculpt without the glasses, Hasbro again knocked another sculpt out of the park, so excited for this figure. Great review brother, have a great one, take care!!!

They fit as good as pimpin destro.. never had a problem with those glasses.
It great to see these figures are off the presses. So that means we will have them in hand soon.

Wish I had gotten Buzzer on clearance. Too many issues: glasses, bent saw, arm hair print completely smudged on one of mine, no backpack (leads to balance issues holding the saw), no on-fig storage for the club/chain weapons, ponytail doesnt move and is rigid, torso ratchets are loose and bouncy. Took ages to get into a natural balancing pose, but looks okay once you find it. 6/10 from me. Iconic Nok tho so impossible to omit from a collection.
I mean, it sounds like I wouldn’t want to buy it with so many complaints 😂
He looks awesome. Too bad the glasses look kind of goofy, but damn, everything else is just great. Can't wait for mine!

If you’re not doing reviews, there is really no reason to pay more IMO. It seems like they should be coming soon but it’s happened before where BBTS will get a figure months ahead of time and then the rest of the wave comes later 🤷🏻♂️

Glad they updated to remove the gasoline backpack (little bit hazardous, no?). Electric chainsaws work great, start faster too.
Same thing with Ripper. The hydraulic pump backpack is obsolete, today's Jaws of Life are battery powered, which the mold for Ripper's tool gets almost right (it still shows an engine on the side - they should have had a swappable battery pack in the end with extra battery, no hose on the tool for hydraulic oil that isn't there and made it a cutter/spreader combo tool instead of the dedicated spreaders they went with).
Use your fingers to keep the weapon straight then run it under hot water then turn the water cold. Always helpful to have another set of hands helping :)
Fully expect them to do a retro with the chainsaw gun and gas can to get dummies like me to double-dip lol
Possibly, I’m not sure how they’re deciding on the retro figures. This is so close there’s really no reason to do it, but I’m sure they will lol
U know there going to they do that 💩 on purpose so they get most out of mold reuse and us double dipping like freakin chips and salsa. Why they do first bang with off odd stuff then second round right and better colors and right accessories. There playin chess lol

I received mine yesterday and I hate the sunglasses. It's vital to his look and they look like shit. I miss the gasoline can backpack. Gave him that road warrior look the Dreadnocks were ment to have. Still... glad they FINALLY did the Dreadnocks.
I understand that to give everyone with glasses an separate head with them would cut into the budget, I still can wish that was the route they went. Just seems that most glasses seem to fail.
I would be down for a Cold Slither set. However, I feel that it would ve expensive and an exclusive.
I kinda wish he came with a rifle or shotgun with and underslung chain saw. Its how I always imagine a future buzzer show have been done,

Yeah it was pointed out to me and you’re right, it was switched as a kid. When I went and looked at my Dreadnok’s it turns out the all 4 of my childhood Dreadnok’s shave the wrong crotch, so now I have to fix all 4 🤦🏻♂️😂
Top of the bat-blade is known as a skull crusher. Comes from WW1 trench knives.
I thought it was more like a tool used by the emergency services back in the day, I've seen them used to cut people out of car or aircraft crashes historically.
Its also very similar to some very powerful hydrolic log cutting tools too (only those are larger)
You can see some design similarities in some manual old can opener designs too.
The only Dreadnoks from the original line are Zanzibar, Gnawgahyde, and Road Pig. I didn't get Zartan, Zaranna, Zandar, Monkeywrench or the Thunder Machine. I typically just got the main line figures and a few the sub line figures from Iron Grenadiers and Night Force.
I did get Torch and Ripper in a two pack from the Anniversary pack. I think Buzzer was a single card figure and was harder to find.

Interesting that his legs arent pinless. So this is a much older figures legs? Looks great.
Once the third dreadnaught is released, they need to do a hair pack with musical instruments for cold slither and the Average Joe Band. I know Larry Hama comic purists wouldnt agree, but I need a retro ARAH 80's hair Zartan, not bald head.
I need Dukes face to look this old if not older.

Torch should have been in this wave instead of Helix, but Hasbro likes to stretch things as far as possible.

What is the purpose of the drop down hip I don’t get it. I wish they wouldn’t do it. Maybe somebody can enlighten me what is the point of the drop-down hips?
The drop down hips are make to give you more articulation. The the hips cover the leg more they drop down to allow you to pose better. With that said I also feel it weakens the joint, that’s who I don’t care for them.
I thought croc master was considered a Dread as well.

chest is a little loose on mine, but that plastic on the chainsaw handle... way too soft :(

I might be in the minority, GIJoe 💯 ( ME on shelves, I still do ME customs ) but , … that tray with graphic and those “ pelican cases “ with graphics are a waste of resources. Cut costs please. Buzzer should’ve came with a jerrycan, IMO. I’m not a Hasbro shill, just crazy these were $19.99 and now $24.99 and down the line Ollie’s for $4.99 🤷♀️ lucky these weren’t Walmart exclusives

I know, turns out all my original dreadnoks have the wrong crotches. I must have switched them as a kid and didn’t know, so now I have to fix them all before Ripper comes out.

I got in 6 clasified figs this month and the only fig where the weapons weren't a complete disappointment where the cobra valkyries. Why cant they harden the plastic? We all know its just not just possible but easy. I more excited to get my new action force order in just because I know they female soldiers are going to be packed with decent to excellent weapons. My only disappointment with valaverse weapons I that some of the weapon grips are too big.
Id rather have that then the gripes on some weapons that are obviously made for female figs because there is obviously too much of a size difference between the Gi joe male and female figs/hands. So some weapons have been down scaled for female figures. That seudo m4 looks ridiculous on male figs. And while I love that seido laser smg but it looks it makes the small mags that people complain about on valaverse weapons look big. They don't grip it right and it looks more like an smg with an underslung shotgun instead of a rifle with an underslung gernade launcher.
Honestly hasbro if your going to do this kind of things with mags and only give us one mag just don't do it at all. I like the valaverse mag thing because they give you extra mags to put on the figure. If your just going to give me one with no place to mount more don't give me detachable mags at all. I'm going to lose it and without spares the fig looks stupid. I end up gluing the mags in the weapons so I don't loose them so whats the point of the feature?
Also I'm not liking the interchanging of weapons between joe and cobra figs. Most toy lines have unique weapons used by the good guys and the bad guys, they rarely mixed and matched. These last few waves there is allot of sharing between factions. Something you only see in the real world by special forcesif they are trying to hide their presence in enemy territory. And I mean really hiding. SF guys DO NOT like to mix up the weapon loadouts they train on if they don't have too.

It uses destros legs, which is baffling. He's clearly meant to be wearing jeans, and there are numerous better options to represent that. Those boots need to be retired as well.

It was already addressed in comments when I put this up. As a kid I must have turned the 4 main Dreadnoks apart and put them together wrong. I have since corrected all of them.
Wow that Chainsaw is atrocious, fortunately as it is so inaccurate I expect someone will make a suitable replacement that isn't made out of Gummi bears.
So they are 2 for 2 now on Chainsaws that don't work properly then after the poorly implemented & ill-fitting Arctic Bat's one..
Actually there is nothing wrong with the chainsaw, the main part is actually hard plastic and the teeth and handle are softer, but goes right back to where they are supposed to be.
