Try to do scalp massages too if you can, it’ll help stimulate for hair growth ☺️ I finally got the Kuza Jamaican Black Castor Oil and hoping to drop a review next week 🫶🏽 Let me know how it goes for your journey !! I just started to use it. How often do you use it and does it help?

    • @lifewithjmac

Hiiii! I used it 2-3x a week since my hair gets dirty fast from work/gym; so before my wash days I would apply the product, massage my scalp and leave it on for 20-30 mins.
For your hair it would depend on you and your wash day schedule 🤭 And it did help my hair a lot, there’s an updated video that I posted about a month ago if you want to check it out ✨
      Hope this all helps!

Hi, i just started Using same brand jamican castor oil. Does this work because my haur is thin and visible scalp.

    • @lifewithjmac

It should work ✨Just remember to massage your scalp when applying the oils and leave it on for 20-30 mins before washing. Sometimes I leave it on when I hit the gym and immediately wash it off.
For hair thinning you also need to find the root cause, is it hormonal? Stress? Could it be a diet issue? It’s all trial and error but definitely keep track by taking a before picture and an after once the bottle is half way or close to finishing.
Please keep me updated and don’t be shy if you have any more questions 🫶🏽

@lifewithjmac I am diagnosed with Hashimotos recently and I am diabetic and Thyroid patient. I know the root cause and I tried everything. It works until I use them later if I stop again I see hair fall

@@geetasanthosh1145 Knowing the root cause is a big step in the right direction! It's all about consistency and finding the treatments that work best for you. Hair oil is a great mini step to help improve your scalp and hair health ♥ With Hashimoto's and diabetes, it's super important to manage those conditions effectively too. Consistent use of hair oil, a balanced diet, sticking to your meds or supplements, and regular check-ins with your healthcare providers can make a big difference. Remember, consistency is key and don't stop using hair oils until scalp and hair is healthier and stronger :) Keep pushing forward and feel free to keep me in the loop or if you have any other questions 💫

Hello! I only apply it once. What I do is apply the oil when it’s time for a wash day; that means once the oil is applied on my scalp, I do a 1-2 scalp massage and leave it on for 20-30 minutes before showering.
There are times where I’ll leave it on during the night but I try not to do that often. Hope this helps and good luck on your hair journey ✨🫶🏽

I’m looking for updates and I’m not finding them. I did follow you so can you just tell me real quick? Is this stuff working? Also, are you using those shampoo products? Is there anything else you’re doing? I have been going for like two years on some mental stressors as well after losing my husband of 33 years. I’m really freaked out that my hair is to start falling out and give me a wide part and you can see my scalp and it’s freaking me out so I’m just looking for a product that actually works instead of appears to be fuller. I need to actually be, so can you give me a results please? I can’t find them.

@@socalgalronee9471 Hey there! Thanks so much for opening up and sharing what you're going through. Mental health really does play a huge role in how we feel and how our bodies react, including our hair. If you're looking for my latest video update, it went up a few months after this one and it's called "My Hair Journey with Difeel." 😊 If you're still having trouble finding it, check out the "My Hair Growth Journey" playlist on my channel!
As for the products, I’ve been using Curl Shoppe (Coconut is Everything) or Mielle (Rosemary Mint) for shampoo and/or conditioner. Both have been great for my hair, but I’m still experimenting with other brands. To be honest, I haven’t been using conditioner lately because my hair is short and tends to get oily quickly from work and training, but once it gets to shoulder length, I’m definitely bringing conditioner back into my routine.
About Difeel-yes, it works! My hairstylist noticed a ton of baby hairs, which I think is great feedback to hear 😂 Just remember, everyone's hair is different. What works for me might not work for you, so it’s worth trying out different brands, doing some research, and maybe even looking into a more holistic approach to hair care.
Sending you lots of love and support! Don't be afraid to ask questions or share your updates 💜
