I have tried it but at first there was issues in Flat pattern if the inner radius is equal to or less than sheet thickness there will be error all the bend edge gets fused at the corner Flat pattern will fail if inner radius is 0.2 or less Flat pattern will work.

Warning Convert-Solid3 At location(s) where bends intersect bend faces are fused together. To remove this problem try to: 1) increase Auto Relief size parameter for this feature or 2) add a relief/cut-out manually on/near the vertex where bends edges are intersecting.
