4 hangman avenue is honestly the most incredible house you can get imo. Premo view of LS, big ass pool, enough space to land a helicopter and a 6 car garage. the interior is not the best, but for a 164k home, its the best price you can get
I will forever love Del Perro Heights, because when I was growing up my family used to vacation in Santa Monica and usually stayed a block away from the building Del Perro Heights is based on

I recommend buying a low end apartment in Paleto Bay. I own one myself at level 286. The reason for this is for convenience purposes so that I have a spawn point at the top of the map should I need to do any activity there. Being so far away from the city and my businesses it's a good place to spawn to sometimes for certain missions. Saves you a lot of time driving all the way there.

@NailStrafer wouldn't it have been better price to buy the high end garages if you're only getting them for the car space? There's also a 50 car garage option property. Oh and for garage management I always just went outside, called the mechanic to bring a car from a different garage. Not as fast as driving out and back in but I don't switch my cars around a lot
@@tammyandthetrex It would be cheaper to get the high end garages, yes...but I just really like being able to easily sort 80 cars in one location. It takes literally hours for me to reorganize my cars, so I want to make it as easy and fast as possible. First world GTA problems I know but :P... The problem with the mechanic is he has a 2 min cooldown, so if you want to sort a lot of cars fast you may run into that. 80 cars in one spot mitigates this. I actually own ALL of the garage space possible on one character (80 car eclipse, 50 car eclipse garage, office garages, etc), and nearly all of it is full. Most of my properties are centered around Vinewood to also help with car storage. Have my autoshop there too, so it's easy to mod cars for a bit cheaper.

There is just something aboit the grapeseed house that i love. I have ran out of room for cars but i just cant sell that one even tho it only stores 2 vehicles. Part of it is a spawn point but i just love that little part of the map for some reason.
Del Perro Heights 7 was my first and favorite even after getting the more expensive apartments. Lot of memories of hightailling it from other players trying to kill me and slipping into the garage. Also shout out to 4401 Procopio Drive for being a great hideout to survive bounties in the early years
When GTA Online was accessible on PS3, I had 2057 Vespucci Boulevard Apt 1, the apartment in Dream Tower, Del Perro Heights Apt 4, 4 Integrity Way Apt 28, Richards Majestic, Weazel Plaza and one in Eclipse Towers. I got all the money for those with street racing.

I have 2 characters and I think my Del Perro apt is the best value. My 2nd character has Hangman. The only drawbacks are the 6 car garage and the random NPCs that roam your property but the property itself is beautiful.
You should’ve added that 3 Alta street tower apt 57 has an entrance to the tunnels that can be used to get rid of your wanted level😂 it came in handy for me tho
I have the nicest apartment you can buy, casino penthouse, a living quarters in every business i have, a house at the top of the map on procopio drive or something like that that is my favourite place in the game, and a 10 car garage downtown.
@Buckacherz A small detail on the Weazel Plaza garage you seemed to have missed: The ramp behind the gate leads downwards, meaning the garage(s) of that place are actually underground. With this in mind the elevator access between the apartments and garage makes sense, even though the entrance structure and the tower itself seem to be two different buildings. 😉
I bought an apartment in eclipse towers once and immediately regretted it. EVERYONE has a until there and people spawn camp at the garage exit so when ever you leave you get blown up. I traded up for Alta, Richard's Majestic and a house in the Vinewood hills and I'm so glad I did
12 Sustancia Rd was my first house and I still have it with my first car. 3655 Wild Oats Dr is where I’ve primarily lived for the majority of my time in GTAO. Only thing I hate is that you gotta go outside to get to the garage for whatever reason
I hope that one day it will be possible in a new GTA game to customize the interior in great detail. Place objects, lie down on a couch and smoke, make the whole thing ALIVE. not just ONE of 5 versions of the same interior. Freely placeable decorative things or objects. Also with garage the above descriptions also apply.
Ah, 4401 Procopio Drive, the place I consider my character's true home despite having everything and 170 million in the bank.

Up the road from Vincent and not far from a convenience store and ammunation for quick snacks and armour instead of going to the Agency.
An 80k steal 😂
0112 S Rockford drive was my first apt. I loved it at the time and I still have it for nostalgia purposes.
This made me realize how far I’ve come up since my first time playing online so many years ago.
There is just something aboit the grapeseed house that i love. I have ran out of room for cars but i just cant sell that one even tho it only stores 2 vehicles. Part of it is a spawn point but i just love that little part of the map for some reason.
This was a good idea man, super fun
Glad you liked it!
Weazel 101 was my first high end apartment and still to this day my fav one.
Del Perro Heights 7 was my first and favorite even after getting the more expensive apartments. Lot of memories of hightailling it from other players trying to kill me and slipping into the garage. Also shout out to 4401 Procopio Drive for being a great hideout to survive bounties in the early years
Nicely composed! I learned some things. My only critique is that you weren't mentioning garage sizes.
I did account for it in the ranking tho!
I used to think that if you own a highend Apartment you are rich. Until i found out about the penthouse.
How did you have 7 in PS3? It only would let me to three.
@ I didn’t have all at once. I went from Vespucci Boulevard to Dream Tower to Del Perro Heights, Integrity Wat, Richards Majestic, Weazel Plaza and then Eclipse
I’ve been at 4 Hangman Ave forever. I decided to skip all the penthouses & went straight for the yacht 🤣
Hangman Ave is for sure one of my favourite appartments in the game. I've owned it multiple times.
12 Sustancia Road was my first apartment, and the home of my first stolen car, the Picador. I still drive this car 10 years later.
Of course there are cougars in Cougar Ave, just make sure to use protection
Rockford drive was my first apartment in the game lol
Sometimes, i wonder whether i need to make a Shadow of the Erdtree Joke or a Silent Hill 2 Remake Joke every time you shows up those Mid-Range Apartment views o_o
Awesome video. 1 criticism, I personally always notice when eye contact shifts from the camera to the script
Yes I’ve been working on that, I’ve also been waiting for like 2.5 months for UPS to relocate and deliver my teleprompter
@ i see you’re really dedicated these days, i look forward to watching more. Wish you the best
@ turns out UPS lost my package so I’m ordering another 😂
4401 Procopio and 4 Hangman Drive are truly my favorite homes I have.
I have 2 characters and I think my Del Perro apt is the best value. My 2nd character has Hangman. The only drawbacks are the 6 car garage and the random NPCs that roam your property but the property itself is beautiful.
Ngl, the house in Grapeseed is one of my favourites, the location is incredible for whatever you wanna do and is the only house in Grapeseed.
You should’ve added that 3 Alta street tower apt 57 has an entrance to the tunnels that can be used to get rid of your wanted level😂 it came in handy for me tho
Bruh I searched for a video exactly like this from you earlier today 😭
Well lucky for you it’s here now
I have the nicest apartment you can buy, casino penthouse, a living quarters in every business i have, a house at the top of the map on procopio drive or something like that that is my favourite place in the game, and a 10 car garage downtown.
Alta St. will always be number 1 in my heart
I traded up for Alta, Richard's Majestic and a house in the Vinewood hills and I'm so glad I did
Eclipse Towers is a bit of a nightmare sometimes
12 Sustancia Rd was my first house and I still have it with my first car. 3655 Wild Oats Dr is where I’ve primarily lived for the majority of my time in GTAO. Only thing I hate is that you gotta go outside to get to the garage for whatever reason
4:12 I feel like that apartment could’ve deserved a couple spots higher if you consider it’s legacy during Pac Standard times
4 hangman has been my main house for years. That's where I keep my "daily drivers"
4 hangman ave is my favorite apartment in the game, it's just an npc house that happens to be buyable, npcs literally spawn there too
I have the Del Perro Heights, apt 4. Since i started playing online. And i have the custom interior. And in my opinion it looks sick.
