    Ingredients:
    500g boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 cup cornflour
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
    Salt to taste
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    Oil for frying
    For the Sauce:
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
    1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
    1/2 cup finely chopped onions
    1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon chili sauce
    1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 teaspoon sugar
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup chicken broth or water
    2 tablespoons cornflour mixed with water (for thickening)
    Instructions:
    In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, egg, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well.
    Heat oil in a pan for frying. Fry the coated chicken pieces until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
    In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
    Add chopped onions and capsicum, cook until they are slightly softened.
    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add this mixture to the pan and stir well.
    Pour in the chicken broth or water and let it simmer.
    Mix cornflour with water to form a smooth paste and add it to the pan to thicken the sauce.
    Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce and toss until well coated.
    Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
