This makes so much more sense than my cybersecurity courses! It's hard to memorize these charts when there's no explanation for why these specific numbers are being used. You made it so simple and easy to understand. Thank you!
Same, I'm doing A+ and all I was told is that those are the IPv4 ranges, but no explanation of the reason behind it. This video makes it all make sense. Still not easy to remember perfectly for me, but it makes sense in my head.
@@JuiceBoxScott Same here. I feel like such an idiot that I didn't notice the pattern lol. I watched 4 different networking lecturers and none of them explained this either.
I'm prepping for a networking job interview tomorrow and wanted to brush up on my networking / subnetting skills (its been 25 years since I took network admin course so I'm a bit rusty. These videos brought back all of the memories and I feel much more confident going into the interview. Thanks!
@@sunnyclassroom24 Hi Sunny i recently started networking class and i have a project that i need some help with I'd appreciate if you can explain it a step further . Thank you
genius!!! No one ever teaches this topic in such a simple way. This topic can take a whole chapter in my textbook, and no one including my professor is really understanding this subnetting thing. I couldn't believe it is so ridiculous simple. I believe everyone here agrees with me. I was tortured by subnetting for so long. now it is over!
Thank you so much for this video. Trying to get back into IT and going over topics i struggled with and this has helped clear up this topic so much for me more than reading the textbooks complicated presentation.
Sunny you are a gifted teacher. I love watching your videos, I play it on TV nowadays instead of Netflix lol. Your accent, clarity in concepts and your fun way of explaining is outstanding. Keep making more videos please !
Sunny, great videos!! Just like how everyone should have basic education about finance, networking is no different with so much connectivity around us. As DIY home automation enthusiast, really love these videos!
Wish I'd found your channel a year ago, so simple to understand unlike most of my text books and most teachers. Thank you so much for your time. New subscriber 😃
Sunny!!! Your videos kick ass!! I always come back to them to brush up/refresh my knowledge of these networking concepts. Thank you so much for your time and effort!!!
Thank you Sunny. Passionate teacher. You describe a difficult concept so simply using theory and practical. One of the best lessons on IPv4 and subnet mask I have watched thank you very much.
Really terrific video! Thank you for your effort and time creating these! I manage a team that needs foundational knowledge of TCP/IP networking. basics, and subnetting. Your videos really help me with getting my team up to speed!
Thanks again Sunny. I thinking to watch all your videos that they are going to help me be a more knowledgable Network and System Administrator. Then I will watch them interactively having pen, paper and ruler at my disposal (like)
Thank you very much for watching my videos. I appreciate it very much. My videos are not in order (bad). I try to put them in playlists so that the same related concepts are grouped together. Like Wireless, or WAN, or IPv6... I hope you can find useful things for you. All the concepts are fundamental and basic. I try my best to be simple and easier to follow. Thanks a lot again, my friend. Helping the learning community is my goal.
I have started with the IPv4 Basics after I surfed to the Playlists on your invaluable channel. Once you get grasp of all the fundamental and basic concepts the advanced ones will be easier... Thanks for you in fact.
You are welcome, Elik! Thank a lot for taking time to watch my videos. I have learned networking through watching other people's videos. That is why I also want to do to help others.
Love this , this helps, kinda of wish you would have put in parentheses # of hosts/Networks . Assuming I have the right example would have been like 2 to the power of 24 - 2 ( 33,554,429 ) and 2 to the power of 7 (255)
Finally!! Someone that actually explained how the number ranges started THANK YOU
There should be a donation link where I could invite Sunny to a bottle of wine to show some appreciation for his great effort.
Thank you very much.
Sir, your strategic approach consistently makes it easier for us to understand complex lessons. I'm truly grateful.
