This feels like the 21st episode of a show that is 26 episodes long.
And not a particularly good show.
To be honest, it feels like I’m watching the second hour of a three hour movie. I’ve missed a load of the plot and there’s still more to go.

I work with 3D as part of my job, and with my years of experience I can definitely say this movie was made by a gibbon in front of a Windows ME computer. We sometimes use them en masse as rendering farms, since raisins are cheaper than renting servers.
You mean to tell me that the live action Transformers weren't a knock off of Gladiformers? Well shit.
That's not too far-fetched. The new Twin Peaks is a knock-off of Deadly Premonition.

This movie is like watching somebody else play a terrible PS2 era game.
Yeesh, its supposedly the first in its series, and yet with the way they talk you'd think we're missing out on two seasons worth of episodes.

Well I definitely never thought I'd hear power metal in a Cinema Snob episode, let alone Angra! Color me impressed.
Yeah, it sounded way to good to be in this movie. I wonder how Angra got roped into doing the theme song.
HyoushinKitsune I couldn't believe it either! I had this on in the background whilst making tea and the minute I heard Angra my ears pricked up, and then wilted in shame at their debasement.

OMG just but the music of Angra in an actual video game, be far more satisfying then this bore-fest for sure! Imagine if they put Dragonforce in a Despicable Me movie? How out of place would THAT be?
Wrath's Turntable Time Machine Rocksmash Attack (AKA The Mysterious Reuploader, Ace-edo Mask!) I still don't mind Angra being in here. They made this movie a million times more watchable.

You know, one of the first CGI animated shows was Beast Wars, which was a Transformers series, and that came out in 1996, yet looks FAR more impressive than this, which came out in 2007.
Actually, there was only one fully CGI animated shows before that and it was Reboot. Both shows are Canadian shows as well.
@Valley Videos @DarkKnightTrinity I did say ONE OF the first CGI animated shows, not THE first one. Especially since I'm specifically going by the Transformers franchise.
I was just giving an interesting tidbit, and mostly replying to Valley Videos. People get way too defensive to learning new things on youtube.

This felt more like watching the tournament mode of a modern fighting game (one of those where all the characters have unique interactions before the match) rather than an actual movie
I think this film would make a good PS1 fighting game.
I will admit, this film is perhaps the best animated of Video Brinquedo's lineup. Also, the dialog goes from Anime to Shakespearean. At least in tone.
My attention’s on the models in particular. Yeah, looking PS1 or 2 era, but in that context they don’t look too bad, especially compared to every other model in the Video Brinquedo lineup.
Almost makes the game comparisons everyone’s making annoying. Give just the models and arena assets to a game dev instead, and I could see a fun little 3D fighting game here.
Every time I hear Dan Green in one of these Video Brinquedo things, all I can ever ask is 'Why?'
Then again, they've got mostly all the 4Kids voice actors in them, so that's kinda why ^^;
Oh I know that, but I have a hard time trying to decide what's more cringeworthy and hilarious- him voicing bad knockoff CG films, or him demanding someone 'CLUCK LIKE A CHICKEN!'
Every time I hear Dan Green, I wonder why no one wants to play a children's card game instead of whatever's going on in the video.

Been binging Brad’s videos all week. Watching this one makes me want to see a video where - in the first five minutes - he just stops talking, gets up, goes outside and just enjoys the day and the rest of the hour of video is that.

The voice actors likely don't even know this movie exist. There are interviews of some saying they record or auction for parts but they don't know if all of their recordings will even be used.

Watching this & hearing you say how kids now hate their grandparents who bought them this, it set me to thinking: are there little kids, under five years old, who're clever enough to troll whoever bought them a piece of shit movie like this by ACTING like it's the greatest thing ever?
I know how annoyed parents get when their kid loves a movie so much they want to watch it over & over. Parents cringe at the music, dialogue, and ESPECIALLY being forced to ALSO watch it, with kids saying "Look, look!" constantly.
I just have an idea of some wise-beyond-his-years kid, pissed at his parents for getting the wrong movie, turning the tables on them. Singing the theme song over and over would make them want to kill the bastard.
Anyway, just wondered (and HOPED) for kids that evil to exist!
If I want to see a B-movie about robots fighting, I'll stick with Robot Jox, thank you very much

Voice acting during the 2000s was hard, low paying and dangerous. So they did easy and quick rolls. So Dan Green probably needed rent money.
He was going to do some laundry, and he needed some change.
How was it dangerous? I'm legit curious, here.
If you spend too long recording dialog, sounds, etc. You can wreak your vocal cords and If you are not in a union you might have to spend 12 hours in a booth recording. Which can really take a toll on your throat, vocal cords. So many actors decide to take many 'easy' roles where you don't have to do tough work where you have to shout and do voices where you might have to pitch down or up. If you can't speak you don't have a job and recovery can take up to six months.
Yep as soon as I saw that Snob was reviewing a Video Brinquedo movie last week that they'd be added to his rogues gallery alongside Godfrey Ho and Pure Flix.

The CGI look like a very good N64 game to be honest. It fun how some end gen N64 games could come close to matching the Dreamcast when the 4MB Ram Pak was used fully.
It's downright weird how well the graphics from Super Mario 64 hold up.

Kemal Alis The Japanese Spider-Man was not a knockoff, it actually had the Marvel endorsement. He even appeared on Marvel's crossover event Spider-Verse, alongside every other official Spider-Man ever. You should read Spider-Verse. Marvel's official website used to have all the episodes available for streaming with English subtitles, but they were taken down.

This.. was awful. As bad as Little Cars is, this one is just- jarring. Every single moment is like having to watch steel girters being grund into shrapnel. The sight is both draining and boring, the sounds gruesome and you're left worrying, what the end result might be.

Showed this review to my brother and he loved the movie for the sole reason that it reminded him of the PS1. The music and camera angles are actually pretty cool when you pretend the movie is actually a game from the early days of PlayStation.
