Especially with the changes that were made with this production and then changed in the Broadway production.
They’re all so good. Also most times When the Chips Are Down are performed they don’t include the “Oh my aching heart” line but I’m so glad it’s here (and she killed it)
This cast is magic. Seeing them do All I’ve Ever Known Live in the show actually got me tearing at the end.
this cast slayed so hard, saw them this week. STUNNING. I went to the merch shop immediately and was hella sad there was only a broadway cast recording. They deserve their own!!!!!!
Love the BSL interpreter! I wish we always had them on-screen so the videos of the event could be accessible too

Not performing either version of Wait For Me is a choice.
I absolutely love hadestown but I do think they picked 2 of the weakest songs today
@@domdawson4811 hard agree. Something like Is It True and the Wait For Me Reprise would have really captured the energy of the show and sold it to new fans. Even something like Why We Build The Wall would have been a stronger choice IMO
This was really close to the Sunday show today so the song choices were probably to keep the cast rested. It's a very high energy show.
they performed wait for me at the oliviers and at big night of musicals. they probably just wanted to shake it up and also not bring the entire company just for this.
@@goodjobeli I get wanting to mix things up, but WE Live is their chance to attract new fans and convince people to come and see the show. I love When The Chips are Down and All I've Ever Known, but they're not the most exciting songs for people who aren't familiar with the show. There's a reason why other shows go with their big numbers.
