Carl, my idea for an evil red coin level is randomly key deaths while you are collecting coins. See, each section drops you in one ways, but if the block changes to blue, it forces you to collect all remaining coins and key death. So if you activate the blue blocks at any time in any section, you get a key death.
Was that where you started to appreciate the combination of cranes and RNG? And I noticed in some of those antis you were drawn back to the slots again and again, until you were on tilt. Also, you're obviously a fan of craps.
This level has to have a dev route right? Cuz after 2 red coins, you're forced into the anti with the shellmets? Or is that not entirely confirmed and just speculation?

He's learning! Without the safety coin, the very last gamble is a win-win. If you get left, you get the safety coin, key, and key door in one shot. If you get right, you save the second-to-last coin you just got and get to go through any door (not of your choice necessarily, but from the flag) to get back to try again. This particular safety coin was _incredibly_ safe, especially given the guaranteed death after two successive failed attempts.
This level is insane. It's ruthless, kicks you when you're down, laughs in your face, but gives you just enough hope to make one more try. Great level.
So now SMM has progressed to the point where RNG-centric antisoftlocks are on the table as the basis of an entire level. Where's it go from here, really? Does Stevo mail a glitterbomb to Carl's house?

This level is amazing. Maybe top 3 for Mario Maker 2 troll levels, personally. I hope this inspires a new age of troll meta. (not necessarily red coins but creative mechanics like RNG troll labyrinths)
I mean, you could still learn and progress here; it's just that you're never going to be able to one-shot everything, and you're inevitably going to have to play through all of the rooms multiple times. I think the average number of runs would be something like 27-30 (something on the order of 2*(7ln7), if you preferred to take the left pipe every chance you got (to hit that coin block RNG) and were perfect at all the rooms. The fact that you can keydeath, though, is just total garbage, and not in the good way. 42:44 I'm so evil that I was wishing for a 2nd kaizo block there.
“Welcome to the RNGCarlsino!”
Carl: “Is this RNG?” x100 times
😂
I believe how the rng works is every frame of input changes the rng, you’d have to replicate the input sequence frame perfectly to manipulate rng (hence realistically it’d have to be a hold right w one frame perfect jump if you wanted anything even close to reliable)
3:12 "Why do we keep subjecting Shovda to bad things" is the biggest mood. What has Shovda done to deserve this hell
Geek: Carl will *hate* this!
Carl: I LOVE THIS!!

This is amazing. I dont know how ppl can keep up with such new Things all the Time. And its even Fun.
I know this gets said after so many levels, but i think that's it - we've peaked!
Also, in the least disrespectful way possible, but you 100% deserved this! 🤣
The RNG isn’t just your jumping. It’s all of your inputs. Even staying still affects it
I feel like Carl is the sort who if they ran a kingdom, they'd fill it with evil people and all the laws wouldn't be necessarily evil. They wouldn't even cause harm. It'd just be lots of annoyances over minor things
