A i been a jeezy fan for 7 years lol I dont know if he'll see this but he never use to do the wash n style right lol he use to wash his hair put on the durag rinse it out and then he would take the it off before it drys and brush it dry , he's the only one I ever saw do that ,I tired it and it never worked for me ,in one of his more recent wash videos I saw him change from doing it that way to allowing his hair to completely dry before taking the durag off ,so either im tripping or thats why he's having better success with his washes

I personally only get Nature Made vitamins. Biotin and the Men's health vitamins. The serving size is only 2 gummies a day but I take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. And like you said ALOT of water.
