I love the look of this TT I have seen it on ebay for no more than 158.00 not bad I think it is better than the fluance its also made in china but it is a hollow deck ,heard a lot of these audiofools saying a solid plinth is better for sound well the fluance is not solid but hollow and you are paying more for it cause of the name this luscina TT looks really put together the tone arm being aluminum which my pro-ject debut 3 has the same type it should be light counterwieght looks very easy to set up of course the tracking force setting not right but having the tracking force scale helps I got mine on ebay for 8.00 same as yours ,not putting down the fluance it is a fine and attractive TT but I have seen other makers of this type of TT and they are cheaper ,I used to think fluance was made in Canada thats why I thought they were charging alot but they are made in china where labor is cheaper there so why is the price more ????? I have seen the inside of a typical fluance its not high tech a simple preamp board the small motor that every high or low cost turntable gets if I were to chose I would get this 1 by one brand over the fluance ,I also want to say you do a great job of explaining and reviewing i like watching your channel I am going to check out more of your channel thanks JRo

Hate to be "that guy" but the alignment of that cart looks way out, it could just be the angle of the camera though.
If it had a changeable headshell it would be a no brainer starter or 2nd turntable even if it added a few more $ to the price.

Since you mentioned I went back and double checked and it was only very slightly off. Not nearly as bad as it looked in the video. It must just be an odd camera angle.
