Well... I purchased Dead of Winter, Munchkin, Settlers of Catan, I'm buying Tokaido next week. I also talked my best friends into buying Pandemic, Joking Hazard, and Ticket to Ride.

They're all actually pretty amazing. The only one I'm not crazy about is Pandemic, and that's mainly because Dead of Winter is co-op too, and much more clever. I could see other people enjoying it. The price was a little painful though, I'd say it was a little under $200 for all four of mine.
Because of this show I've bought Dead of Winter, Mice & Mystics, Sheriff of Nottingham and Smash Up. The only difficult thing is getting people to play with...
Woman On The Internet Because i am an avid board gamer and weed aficionado myself i have solved this problem years ago. Step 1: make some other pothead friends addicted to board games, step 2: let them call you all the time for board game nights, step 3: while playing say to them let's make a deal "i will purchase all the games and teach you the rules and you just bring the weed on every gaming night" and trust me they will agree. Problem solved! But beware and i am saying this from experience: never never NEVER start teaching new rules to weed smokers after they get high!!! Ask them to wait and learn the game and light up at the moment before first player makes the first move.
That's what happens when you watch TableTop. I already had Munchkin, but I got Gloom, Betrayal at House on the Hill (my favorite), and app versions of Ticket to Ride, Elder Sign, and Catan. Pandemic, and Cards against Humanity are still on my wish list (but I've gotten to play each of them at least once). I could easily add a bunch of others they've played if I had the money.
Damn (or thank) you, Wil Wheaton!

So the stock market changes, but the price per unit is 1$ at all times? what?
Yea that confused me too.
Say you have four stone and five wood. Stone is at $2, wood is at $5. You're turning them into cash because you want to buy something - you get a total of $7 because I think you have to cash in all the goods. Thus one wood was worth $1 while one stone was only worth $0.50. 4*0.5 + 5*1 = 7.
And to simplify it further, only the first two stones actually bring you money ($2) and the rest go to taxes. Or charity. At least that's how I understood it!
You can only spend as many goods as the the market allows you to. Even if you have 6 wood you can only get $1 for for 1 wood if it's on the first space on the marketplace
Not quite, when you ship something you don't get price per unit, you get a flat pay-out.
So if you have 4 wood, but wood is valued at $3 with 3+ wood, you still only get $3 for your 4 wood. So it gets de-vauled if you sell a high volume at low demand.
