    I just got my bulb this morning (the clamp lamp came first), and It is incredible how potent it is. I can't use it for more than 30 seconds, and I have felt it's effects for the past five hours. Hi Yvonne thank you. I did not use a single light. But I used four of them in my home made infrared sauna. But I used infrared light (oftentimes on my head) throughout my withdrawal. And especially near the end of it.
      Since I recovered I have done a lot of reading on the nerve receptor healing properties of it. So I wanted to pass that along to others in hopes it may help jar their brains back to reality. Look at the links below the vid to see the science behind shining infrared light directly on ones head. Take care, and I hope that you are well soon.

I have a complete different type healing light, just for light. It's like the top of a tanning bed, portable top only part. Its upstairs lol, so this light much better due to I wont be hauling it downstairs where I'll be healing. I use it for s.a.d. and Hashimoto's. Anyways I forget what its called but it's for healing just older. No way a person could get a tan under it unless you stayed hours. I appreciate all you share as you helped me more with benzos than any. I have recommended you to another that shared were going to go off them. Also. You look great. I want to fast, need to. I only nebulize the silver if I have an infection going on. The Glutathione I uses more often. They say you can use up to three capsules a day nebulized one at a time.

      I used to clamp a light to the back of a kitchen chair. Then put it ear me when I watched TV. There is no set time but I would do like ten minutes on each side of my head. Not ever looking at the light, and a pair of infrared blocking glasses or some sun tan booth goggles not a bad idea. For the time the light is out front of your forehead.
      Don't get the light so close where it feels like it is cooking you. Just close enough to feel like the warmth of the sun on a hot day.

      I have been great since the day I healed on Sept. 1st 2017. Sauna is something one needs to work into slowly. I advise you go to Amazon and buy a paperback book by Dr. Wilson all about near infrared sauna.
      I preheat mine for 10 min or so, if you have a near infrared sauna. You do not have to sit in nearly as high of heat, than if you are in a regular stone sauna. I like my infrared sauna at like 135 degree's or so. Start with 10 min and work up slowly from there. Ideally for any chronic health problem. I like to do an hour each morning, and one more hour about 8 pm. Feel free to e-mail me at daddyniowa@gmail.com for more sauna tips.
      Also since I healed from Benzo's, I have been coaching hundreds of people worldwide.for free for the past six plus years now. I can give you my info if you would like to chat sometime. I do that on the free App called "SIGNAL". I like it as you can either text or talk, but I prefer the latter, as I am all thumbs! Take care................Bob

I'm actually doing better as of recently, and am just going to stick with my current routine which mostly involves my diet, nutrition, and gut health. I will probably take my last dose of valium by sometime in March. Going to see if I continue to feel good before I start using the bulb. I'm hoping that it will help with the recovery process, and may use it before I jump off the meds. As you can see from Neighbor Bob's recommendation above, you can start anytime. I've heard the bulb can be good for many health benefits.

    Question the clamp is made out of aluminum,, I know just touching it will bring aluminum heavy metals in the body but what about when it shines on our head can it bring aluminum into the body that way too?? Are there other clamps made out of better material? Thanks

    • @neighborbob3043

      I would think that you could wear gloves as far as touching it goes. But I would think the clamp itself is not aluminum? I do not think that the shield is going to be toxic as far as heavy metals goes. From just being heated up that is.
      I do n not know of a light with another material.

    Hi Bob, I have a question for you. I have an infrared heat lamp. Is that the same as what you are using? It’s not a therabulb so I don’t know if it will work? I am just starting my 6th month off of antidepressants (only 2 months on but the withdrawals have been very rough) and after taking only sporadic benzos over a month and half (maybe 14 times max).
    I just really want to get better and put this all behind me. I have seen improvements but I want to do anything that will accelerate my healing.

      Oh, I forgot about the light. Near infrared penetrates like three to five inches. I have a four light 250 watt bulb system that you need to keep like four feet away. But on a budget a person can just buy one 150 watt "Therabulb" and reap some benefits at like the two to two and a half foot range.
      You obviously do not want to cook your brain, but changing where it hit's your head at a few times a day can be helpful in healing many health concerns, including with Benzo receptors. .

  • @aprilcharter9926
    @aprilcharter9926 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hey bob! How far away from the bulb would you suggest? I didnt think about it and I put my head far too close I think, a little less than a foot and thankfully i only did that for a few minutes, and now I have a bit of a headache and realized I was probably too close. Do you think this can cause any damage? I was reading these full spectrum lights head the cells and can cause damage...I'm a bit scared now.
