Notice the difference between him and the other archers. He has a solid form, uses back tension as seen by the follow through. He takes his time and is not snap shooting. For the other archers we see some of the worst form possible: snap shooting, no back tension, no follow through, plucking the string, hunched with poor alignment, etc. Regardless of the results now, Jim will continue to progress. The others are limited by extremely poor technique and the lack of any training.

Jim can flat out shoot, can’t wait to see how he does with that new Omega longbow he just got.
