Erik, maybe you could make a explained video about witch magic vs sorcerer magic. We had a little exposition in Wandavision, but it would be fun to theorize if they're differences in classes and power levels

@@sinteleon It's definitely white magic. Strange knew about Asguardian magic as confirmed by Thor Ragnorok. But it isn't as strong as Eldritch magic or Chaos Magic on its own. But is powerful when combined with artifacts like Gungir or Mjolnir
Now I see why the delay with the Moon Knight series. They could reveal Kang's variant "Rama-Tut" in the final episodes and tie him directly into Multiverse of Madness as the possible villain.

I just realized, if Moon knight has 6 episodes the final episode will be in the same week as Doctor strange 2. But for me it's the same day because here the movie will be in theatre 4th May.

One minor critique is that in Doctor Strange (2016) he opens the eye by forming the symbol with his fingers, crossing his chest, and then slowly bringing them apart. He seems to be doing the same in this trailer we are just seeing the end of the action.

*I just realized that I believe that our MCU Dr. Strange was right in doing everything he did and that he’s not actually in trouble or at least he shouldn’t be. Simply because of the conversation between Banner and The Ancient One in Endgame. “Strange is meant to be the best of us.”*
You are right about Strange thru Endgame. However in No Way Home he is a complete fool. Sony writers just didn't care about him.
They only cared about regurgitating the old used up SpiderMen from their Universes. They got what they wanted. But they did a lot of damage to Dr. Strange.
He's not in trouble for NWH, he's in trouble for Infinity War
@@summertyme5748 I agree, The hard part is we should just accept that just to give ourselves the story worthwhile to watch. We never see him intentionally fighting any of the villains in NWH, let's be honest, He would mop floors with every single one of them.
Ancient One maybe is a variant of Strange, and teaching Strange to be the best of Stranges.

I think the “Strange on trial” we see is gonna end up being a back story to defender strange explaining how he joined the Illuminati, or a back story to dark strange about how he became a multiversal outcast

One BIG thing that people are over looking is the roll that the “Flerken” will play in the Multiverse. I’m not a big comic book nerd by no means but I just happened to learn more about them a few nights back and what all they can do!

Short answer the avengers killed pre stones thanos as he time travelled so without him being alive to take it from doctor strange in infinity wars saga Dr strange would have never lost it

I just realized that the scene where Mordo swings and Strange looks to be blocking with his cuffs is very similar to their sparring session at Kamur Taj (sp?) in the first Strange movie.

Did they ever explain how the stone worked against Dormammu, since it was in a different dimension? Can it work in different dimensions BUT not in a different universe?
Stones can be used in any universe, just couldn't be used in the tva as it exists outside of time, space etc
Stones can work in different universes. Because each universe is different, their base properties are altered in some manner but the powers are effectively same.
Only thing is they cannot be destroyed by objects of other universe.
or there is three eyes but one for each of the sanctum because the look on the eye of agamotto in the first doctor strange has the same look as the america sanctum.

So... perhaps the REAL reason why Endgame is encouraged by Kang, is to remove one of the eyes from the board, rather than just ensuring his timeline persists?

It looks like it's the Blue Patch Cloak Strange who has the Eye of Agamotto, the same Strange whose reality is melting. So main MCU Strange may not actually have it still after Endgame, he might be gifted a replacement by a variant and that's why we see it in NWH. Since originally NWH was supposed to be after MOM, they may still tweak the in universe timeline to explain that.

@@viper6460 I felt that the Reality Stone should have been introduced in Doctor Strange instead of Thor: The Dark World. I mean it's kinda weird that the Reality Stone when it was still the Aether didn't really feel like a reality warping artifact compared to how the Time Stone was portrayed and used in later movies.

When Strange wakes up from his nightmare in the trailer he goes for the eye of Agamotto reflexively and when he realizes it’s a dream he grabs his head in terror

If you see at the door at 1.15 minutes you can see doc stranges watch is tied to it. It is right there on the X shaped handle of the door

*Sometimes I've been disappointed at certain moments that weren't in movies, but overall I'm happy they hide things. I remember leaving the first avengers movie a little disappointed that every plot point was in the trailers.*
I think the EoA was fixed in Titan during Endgame and before the final battle. In one of the scene before the "Avengers Assemble" line, Doctor Strange can be seen wearing it.

Interesting, Would Agamottot have made 3 Identical Pieces or would each have a slightly different design than the last?
It looked like in the comics Agamotto made 3 different ones, but they could simplify it for the movie and make all 3 (assuming that's what they're doing of course) look the same.
The third eye would connect really well to the mcu since it is technically at the end of time so that would mean its actually lost in time

I dont think its the 616 version of Dr. Strange fault for everything. Maybe a different version of Wanda did the no mutant house of M. By the end of Dr. Strange 2 the 616 Wanda will undo it to bring mutants into the 616 universe.

Notice why strange sanctom was all in snow THIS IS WHY! Dormammu then revealed his plans for domination via conquest of Hell, and that Scratch would become Sorcerer Supreme. Dormammu's plans were later defeated by the other Hell Lords causing Hell to freeze over. Dormammu then fled with Scratch. I’m 💯 that dr strange is still fighting off Dormammu and hell has frozen 🥶
