PIP itself is a fraud only made to kick employees out 99.99 percent of the time..Employer wants to be legally safe always and HR and Management works for the company and not for employee always period!!

In my offer letter as a part of fixed compensation there is a component called "Other allownaces and flexible component 1" What does that mean? Will they directly credit the amount that is writtern or a portion of amount should be claimed with bills. If yes what percentage would be fixed allownce and what percentage would be flexible?

Hi, recently I interviewed in Capgemini and I have cleared all the rounds. BGV is in progress. I got the offer letter 20th dec was my joining date in Pune location. But after speaking with HR, I found out that my UAN verification is still pending. Once the UAN clearance is done, I’ll be able to onboard. but all of my companies approved the UAN changes, but only one company’s update isn't showing in my service history yet. Since it's a government process, I'm not sure in how many days it will take to reflect on the portal. I’ve already sent the screenshot of the company approval via email for her records to HR. But they are not giving me any clarity yet . So in that case m wait karu ? Ya offer revoke hone ka chance h cz epfo department approval takes 15 to 25 days

I attended an interview with IBM about a month and a half ago. Now , I've received five emails from them, requesting: 1. To complete of my candidate information within 24 hours 2. Submission of my latest e-Aadhaar and PAN card PDFs 3. Confirmation of transportation arrangements 4. To complete of a Biometric Consent form 5. To complete of a Background Check form Recently, I received an email stating, "We are looking forward to hosting you at IBM" and "We are looking forward to your visit." Additionally, the HR representative called me to inform that I had successfully cleared the interview and that they were happy with my profile. I've been asked to visit the IBM office in two days for Biometric and photo ID verification. My question is: Is this the final stage of the hiring process, and can I expect to receive an offer letter soon? Or are there further procedures that I need to complete?

Hi, I have joined Accenture in July 2023. In this November I got school completion mail. I am also in a project since August 2023. Will I be eligible for fast track promotion in this December cycle. I checked with my project reviewer also but he mentioned that he didn't receive any mail to give feedback for me.
