Hello mam I had a background verification from Deloitte consultancy. Today a person had contacted me for background check of my old residence and I co ordinated with him. Later in the evening another person had contacted me for background check of my new residence as I was in the class I was unable to respond ,hence the person called the alternate number which was my Father’s number and he was unable to respond for some reasons and nobody was in the house to co ordinate with him . I contacted the person after my class hour he said that he reported as candidate not responding. Would this affect my onboarding process. Kindly reply Mam I am really tensed.

Hello mam I was interviewed for associate analyst role in January and in febuary i got a mandatory survey mail and I completed it in March they informed me to listen some podcasts and in April i was informed that my candidature is waitlisted it's been more than two months how much time it will take and what do i do now . please suggest me some advice mam??

Mam ur timings in Delloite? Whic qualifications ate required to join Delloite?? In finance?
There's no fixed timing, depends on your team. Please check deloitte's career page for all details
how is the Variable pay given ? in Offer Letter it's 0-16.67% is it given 100%?
As per my knowledge it's 0-20%

Salary is decided at the time of interview and not based on country work and CPA candidates can give interview
