So this might be controversial but since the Morocco government doesn’t run the pavilion anymore, they should change it to either Greece or Egypt. I think they could do SOOOOO much more with the food for a Greece theme but maybe Egypt would be good to stick with the northern African theme
I have done the Fireworks package there a couple of time and its great, each persons gets to pick 3 different plates so it ends up being a lot of food, they also have unlimited mimosas in 3 different flavors. Make sure to go with a party of at least 3 so they will seat you on the railing because all of the tables for 2 are in the 2nd row and not as good of a view.
YUM! Baklava is such a tasty and texturally pleasant treat! I've made it and the syrup you mentioned is usually honey, water, granulated sugar, and fresh orange or lemon juice (sometimes a dash of cinnamon or rose water) boiled and then poured over the whole dish in the cut creases after it's baked.
I go to Disney the second week of September, so I’m gonna need you to go ahead and get those other ones done 😂 seriously though, this series is SO helpful!
I love spice road, it’s a must do for me. I do agree with you about the drinks, I’m not a fan of them, but I love love the view from both inside and outside
Mint tea in Morocco is a staple and since Morocco is dry for everyone but tourists, it's consumed everywhere. Disappointing they didn't make a mint tea worth having at EPCOT as it's a core memory for me when I visited actual Morocco.
The only thing I ever get there is the baklava. But now that you have shown us other things, I would definitely try the cauliflower and other pasties as well. Thank you, Kristen! Keep up the great work, you have helped me so much with my Disney eating adventures!
You are the best food reviewer of a Disney vlogs. Love your reactions and honest opinions. I hope Disney listens to you. Be great quality control. Always excited to see where you go next. Hope I get to run into you at parks. ✈️
I did the firework viewing party at Rose & Crown right before Illumninations ended. I believe they still do it. You get an appetizer, entree, and dessert platter along with unlimited drinks(including all of the fun beers & ciders from the pub) all for around $90. It was absolutely worth it.
We ate there back in 2020 or 2021, can't remember. I got this chicken dish with some type of sauce on it and it was so good. I want to say it was some sort of pesto but I can't remember. It was $11. It was so good that I almost got a second order. I guess they change the menus every so often.
I'm wondering if you are interested in trying a few vegetarian dishes around the world. Hoping sometimes they could be a good option. Coming down for Thanksgiving!!
Hi Kristen. I won’t go back to that restaurant. It’s a shame because the location is great, but the food and adult beverages just aren’t good. I remember meeting you last year at the bar there where I ordered a sub par margarita!
hahaa no way! Last time I went to that bar I ordered a skinny margarita because I haven't had any luck with any of the drinks on the menu & it was still somehow awful. They put sour mix in a skinny marg 😅
being a (former?) disney employee, what, in your opinion, are the things they do differently today that they didn't do 10-15 years ago that are the root cause for food going from outstanding to awful?
We went there in June for the Fireworks show. Everything was great. You're allowed several choices from the menu with the package. We will be going back there again.
I'm pretty sure that was a jumping spider; so you're kind of lucky it didn't decide to jump. haha Anyway, adding the hummus fries and cauliflower to my list. Our homeschool group is doing a fireworks dessert party at EPCOT soon! So excited. Oh, and you had me at pignoli cookie, definitely trying that almond one too!
I really like Spice Road but it's the type of food I am into. I am not surprised that the alcohol isn't very good as Morocco doesn't have a big drinking culture due to being most Islamic so it's really only there to appeal to the American tastes.
She's right on - this place is a top choice, and likely THE top choice, for vegans/vegetarians in not only Epcot, but all of WDW. When I'm at Epcot, I always stop in for the amazing Crispy Cauliflower. I usually don't like to fill up at full-service restaurants at Epcot, as I like to reserve room for sampling festival foods, so I often just stop here for the Cauliflower and an icy glass of Sangria, which is a perfect accompaniment, while enjoying the view of the World Showcase lagoon. It's a perfectly tasty and pleasant way to spend a half hour and it gives a nice bit of time off your feet, given all the walking Epcot requires. That said, it is a good place for a full meal as well, if that's what you want, and especially if you are vegan.
Great for vegans/vegetarians, but for someone who does eat meat I'd probably go somewhere else. Happy to see so many options at one place for those that don't eat meat though!
To say fYlo pastry and not f-ee-lo is wild and then you’re saying it’s dry?… not everything needs a dipping sauce Jesus. Another American spouting about food that isn’t theirs.

NO SQUISHY THE SPIDER!!!🕷

That is a great tip!
As a vegetarian, that cauliflower looks amazing!

I love Spice Road Table! It’s a great place to grab a meal for a decent price in Epcot, plus the view is amazing. 👍
I have been enjoying this series so much!!! Thanks for taking us along!
I go to Disney the second week of September, so I’m gonna need you to go ahead and get those other ones done 😂 seriously though, this series is SO helpful!
That cauliflower looked so good and with the hot pepper sauce looks like a winner.
I love spice road, it’s a must do for me. I do agree with you about the drinks, I’m not a fan of them, but I love love the view from both inside and outside
Those desserts look so good!!
Definitely trying these out the next time we go!
They're good & affordable (when it comes to Disney snacks) 😅
Loved the ending clips! Sounds very vegan friendly.

We did the fireworks deal and while the value for the food was not great, on a crowded Epcot night the view was worth it.
I've had that cauliflower and it IS good! I'm interested in the fireworks viewing also, I need to check that out too!
The cauliflower looks 🔥! I would definitely order that dish!
Another excellent review, Kristen!
Love these reviews! Fantastic and ya keep it real !!!
The spider would end the meal for me 😂😂😂
The food looks good 👍🏼 and the review great as usual
It’s been a while, but we loved the Tagine & fried cauliflower on our visit! Thanks for all your reviews!
I love all your videos great honest reviews! My 7 year old son Xavier is your number 1 fan ❤
I really enjoyed watching your Espresso Martini video!❤
As someone who is in NO WAY a vegetarian, I've always enjoyed the hummus fries...

100% agree. She’s no nonsense with her honest opinion.
This is our fave place.

Now I'm looking for balaclava. Safeway has some frozen and walmart might have some fresh
If you have a Naf Naf near you, their baklava is excellent. It’s a fast food Mediterranean restaurant. Happy hunting!
Love new videos! How fun
I just loved this place!
The fireworks package sounds really good, especially for our family - three vegans!
Kristen how about a review of the crepe restaurant in Epcot ? Luv your honest reviews
It’s already up on my page!
@@wrightdownmainstreet oh no I missed it - I’ve been looking through your videos planning a trip - I’ll dig deeper! Thanks

Went here in 2022. Great drinks, food and drinks.
No guarantee on those first 2 rows ???
Baclava needs a good, strong coffee to go with it
The cheese is halloumi, Muslim didn’t drink alcohol, so seeing drinks from this place, make me think they won’t be good.
That cauliflower looked amazing! Maybe even better than the cauliflower at Space 220?
You know what, I actually think it is better than Space 220's cauliflower!
I love this pavilion so much ❤
I'm wondering if you are interested in trying a few vegetarian dishes around the world. Hoping sometimes they could be a good option. Coming down for Thanksgiving!!

So many more people.
We went there in June for the Fireworks show. Everything was great. You're allowed several choices from the menu with the package. We will be going back there again.
Great to hear you had a good experience. I may try to check it out soon!
thank you!
Baklava is law, we eat it in the balkans a lot! My fav thing for dessert 🙂

I hate jumping spiders! I would’ve said, “Check please. I am out!” 😂
Oh man. Well I am glad I survived. Thank god my server saw it and took care of it 😅
Again?! Congratulations on your trip around the world. Welcome back to america.
I really like Spice Road but it's the type of food I am into. I am not surprised that the alcohol isn't very good as Morocco doesn't have a big drinking culture due to being most Islamic so it's really only there to appeal to the American tastes.
You lost me when you wanted to step on the spider. 😔
moroccan cauliflower is actually authentic.
Just to let you know that Tzatziki pronounced sat-see-kee! Not Tuh-zee-kee ;)
Geez, that lamb with the Tzatziki sauce looked dry! I thought that it was a piece of some kinda cake!!
It kind of does look like a dry chocolate muffin 😂

I have to disagree about the drinks at the bar. The Moroccan Mule is one of my go-tos when I’m drinking around the showcase
Not a place I’d visit for a meal. WOUJD get some desserts there.
Why does the menu sound more Greek than Moroccan??
I really want to like Spice Road Table but it’s “meh” for me. It could definitely but a lot better.
It looks like you already have…
To say fYlo pastry and not f-ee-lo is wild and then you’re saying it’s dry?… not everything needs a dipping sauce Jesus. Another American spouting about food that isn’t theirs.
noooooo. Nasty I had the mint tea once. NEVER again
Okay, I am glad someone else chimed in on this one. I knew I couldn't be the only one that thought it was that awful.
Disappointing. Don't think they have anything I'd like. and you missed the Little Miss Muffet connection with the spider lol
It didn’t make me want to go there … I’m sticking with Canada 😂
Yeah, Le Cellier is far better 😅
