In 61 years, I have seen series of every kind, of course, but mostly I am a sci-fi/fantasy buff. And while there are a few of the latter that I would love to see come back (or properfly finish), there is ONLY ONE non-sci-fi that I WANT back. JAG.
Well that clip suggest that if JAG did come back, Rabb wouldn't be the Judge Advocate General we'd hoped for, seeing as how it looks like he went back out to sea for the Navy.
He was diagnosed with night blindness and could not fly anymore. So, now he's a lawyer. Somewhere down the line he had eye surgery which corrected the problem. And kept up with some flying time. Being a pilot was always his first love.
@@corrineweber1007 I view Rabb as "always a sea dog", even though his age and time in the service, more than likely should've given him a promotion to Admiralty by now. Being allowed to continue flying F-18s/F-35s (these days) despite his age, I assume has a lot to do with "Captain's privilege". Would love to see a JAG reboot/continuation, and it would be a huge draw if CBS made it as a "CBS All Access" series.

Therefore I said flying was his first love. But, the fighter planes are on aircraft carriers at sea. If that's how you see him as a salty dog.🐶
I would love it if they do a reboot with all the original gang! Eliot's voice got deeper. Bell had her face done. I thought she was pretty in the first place. I didn't watch these 2 for 9 yrs and saw they had broken up! 😡 That was heartbreaking to see! I hope we will see how these 2 characters will evolve into something wonderful!

Yeah, I saw the so-called reunion and went “uhhhhhhhhh”. Not what I was expecting. It was awful, was what it was. I thought Harm and Mac was going to be married with kids. I should have anticipated that the showrunners were going to tell us viewers to get stuffed, we’re going to split up Harm and Mac and nobody can do a thing about it. At least David James Elliott still looks good and doesn’t look like he’s 59 years old. I don’t know if I’m going to watch the JAG reboot, if it ever happens. I’m just going to be disappointed. 😞
It will be fine, Harmon end up with a promotion becoming the new Judge advocate general of the navy, unless Sturgis Turner got the promotion first. Sara would probably be a recurring character - we know Bud is still active as a captain. Jason Tiner might be a LCDR by now. Chegwidden, Gunny, etc - a larger number of characters i want to see again, along with some new faces.

One of my favorite shows. Don't destroy it's memory by bringing it back. You can tell age has caught up to Elliot and Bell. A little plastic surgery for Catherine Bell has ruined her looks. It wouldn't be the same.

Yeah, JAG never got rebooted. CBS has just too many NCIS shows as it is. They cancelled NCIS HAWAII, for pity’s sake! Just as well. When the so-called reunion between Harm and Mac occurred in 2019, us viewers got the pie in the face, the bicycle horn honked in the ear, the spray of water in the face, and the rug pulled out from under the feet. Why did the showrunners even bother if they were going to goof it all up? Huh? Five years later, I’m still disappointed. Well, at least there’s fanfiction.
She should have left well enough alone. I've been binge watching Jag since Harm and Mac showed up on NCIS LA it's like watching a show produced today about the Navy in the 90's and early 2000's. It is not dated at all. She is really good on the show and she got more character in her face as she got older. In other words more attractive. Why do woman do the plastic surgery thing ? I don't know.
@@ronnydee2 for all the investment that goes into plastic surgery it seems as though less than half of it pays off Catherine bell should have asked her Fanbase what they thought if she needed plastic surgery or not! I am willing to bet that more than half would say leave it alone!
I loved JAG and David ... just brilliant show ...he looks great on this and in the reunion clip but she looked plastic faced so it did not work for me....

one flaw in NCIS LA is that at the end of JAG Harm was a Captain and Sara was a full colonel. wonder why they didn’t get the rank right?
In the UK Navy, presumably in the US Navy it is similar, a Captain is equivalent to a Colonel of the Army and a Group Captain in the RAF.
