As far as I know, El Guerrouj never ran the 400 meters. He was a middle-distance specialist and not a sprinter. Saying that "he never ran that fast in the 400 meters" implies that he was also a 400-meter runner.

Parents can now weigh the excessive risks of the games some call sports vs track and field. When one considères life long good health and moblity it is difficult to send your child out on thé NFL cutting floor if they excell in track and field.

Interviews are also great. But the ratio of those to low-quality content vids has dropped compared to a year or two ago

Unfortunately not many Track and Field athletes can afford a Richard Mille watch unlike participants in some other sports.
I'd turn that one into a garmin forerunner 965 and probably a house immediately.
