- In the latest Mr. Beast drama, I called out DogPack404, the man behind "I Worked for Mr. Beast, He's a Fraud," a liar out in my video, "Complete List of Every Time He Lied."
He responded. I responded back.

Look, if you concede this point, I'll address the rest but you're currently clearly acting in bad faith and I don't care to watch 30 more minutes of mental gymnastics.

As to how and why:
Jeremy was selected by subscribing and being picked out of the comment section, for being a random subscriber. I believe I provided plenty of reasons for Jeremy's credibility in my video.
Did he have videos on his channel?:
I am not sure why that is relevant to your claim of the participants 'never being random subscribers.' Could you clarify?
Would they have chosen him if he was outside the US?:
Do you have evidence to claim otherwise?
Would they have chosen him if he was under 18?:
Mr. Beast has 100 Kids vs 100 Adults videos, or Ages 1-100. Are you claiming these children are all associates of Mr. Beast?
Did he go through a casting process?:
Do you have evidence to provide he did? Also even if he did, if he went through a casting process "after" he was randomly selected, why would the casting process be relevant to the initial point you brought up of "them never being random subscribers?"
Did they perform a background check?:
Same counter-argument to your "casting process" argument.
Again it is literally an undeniable fact that they are never random subscribers:
Your reasoning for this argument were of these two.
1. "that by default, subscriptions are private."
2. "there is no way to contact people through youtube."
I countered,
1. "subscriptions can also be switched to public, amidst the list of which he can choose random subscribers."
2. "there is literally a section to set up your channel that says, 'contact information.'"
Please address these counterarguments. Do you acknowledge them? Or do you deny them?

It is perfectly fine for people to set up their accounts to be private or not leave up contact information. They may not want to participate in a challenge or be found out their personal information and that is their choice. Are you arguing Mr. Beast should be able to access private information, even when people have willingly chosen not to do so?
Also, I have stated in my video that other ways you can participate in his challenge is by following him on his instagram or buying his merch.
Finally, in case you were trying to go for this argument, I clearly left a message for you in my video saying,
"if you're willing to deny all of this information, please bring me evidence that almost all of the contestants are local and that they are never random subscribers, because the last evidence you brought only states that they are replenishing the NC database and this does not equate to the entire database being from NC."
Because I brought you plenty of evidences, and yet you seem to want to deny them.
To which I say, where is *your* evidence? Because you never provided any.
Again, it is unfortunate you are unwilling to watch the full video, because they are not mental gymnastics. I believe I genuinely brought up counterarguments, which a lot of people seem to acknowledge, and I wasn't even a big channel. I just hit the 1000 subscriber mark when I started this video. You had 680k. It was an unfair playground, and yet a lot of people seem to agree with me that I brought up legitimate points.
On your final point, I mean, I believe you can't just say, "concede this point and I'll address the rest" just because that's what you want to do.
Also, it is unfortunate that you think I am doing this out of bad faith. I wish for your well-being sincerely, but I also think you deserve repercussions for false allegations, manipulation, and lies you brought up in the process of trying to cancel somebody.
@DogPack404 just admit you're wrong, just apologize and admit you're wrong, and do something about it. You've brought light to terrible things Jimmy has done, but you're also spreading lies and unconfirmed facts.

Dogpack, you're the only one performing mental gymnastics here. Every time you're called out, you can't admit your wrong or take responsibility for what you're doing in your desperate attempt to sling mud at Mr. Beast. Since Mr.Beast has gotten a lawyer to sue you for defamation and breach of contract, the least you could do is have your facts straight. You can't be seen as an underdog or a martyr if you're just going to sling around defamatory allegations.

The products he makes are not as amazing as they are shown but it's just how companies roll really. Idk about the new Beast Games thing though. My excuse on why those people you mentioned he forgot in the video is it was a small percentage that don't mean much. They are bit players and are just there for extras. Though being flown in just for that job is kind of sad. If I'm not guaranteed a prize for coming. I'd pass, but to be on a video I guess could be considered a prize. Even if it doesn't mean anything. In hindsight I found it a bit odd that he made fakery in Mr Beast's videos an issue when his whole aim was supposedly to expose poor working conditions? Like, why is employees being participants in videos supposedly featuring "random" people relevant? I feel like it just served to distract from actual problems like Jimmy having a known, registered SO working for him, and in a public role, no less. He should have had a specific mission with his videos, but it just ended up becoming a general disparagement of all of Mr Beast's entire existence. It's pretty clear that Mr Beast have some operating issues, but it's also pretty clear that they COULD be addressed and still move forward, but this doesn't seem to be what DogPack404 wants.
