- Fallout 4 - Save Or Abandon Billy - All Companions Comments & All Options (Kid In The Fridge - Selling Billy)
Kid In A Fridge Quest: Talk to Billy. Take Billy home to Quincy ruins or sell Billy to Bullet.
If not the above, sell Billy to Bullet along with his family, or convince to leave/kill Bullet and his gunners. There is about 5, possibly armed with energy weapons and are surrounding the house, seen fighting off the Peabodies. If fighting the Gunners, The Peabodies pay you 250 caps as thanks for the assistance.
Alternative Quick Walkthrough:
Talk to Billy. Mark the location of Billy's house on your map. Start heading to Billy's home in Quincy and talk to Bullet along the way.
Pass 3 charisma checks for 350 caps. This will technically end the quest, but... Kill Bullet. Talk to Billy again and tell him you wanted the guys caps. Bring Billy to his house for 500 caps from the father.

Obj. 277 only works if you have the dual launcher from diamond city and you fully upgraded it to shoot 6 mini nukes which with the x2 its 12 mini nukes at once. Let’s just say I hope billy don’t turn on ya because he can survive what a legendary glowing death-claw cannot.

This one makes me think crazy thoughts on ghouls. This kid survived 2 centuries not moving, not eating, drinking, urinating, defacating, etc. Till the fridge seal failed, he might have had little air. Since I'd seen ghoul farmers, I would have thought they still needed to eat. This disputes this... Farming for a ghoul is just a way of making caps? They sell or plant everything?If this is a case, why do ghoul settlers STILL count against you for food requirements? They eating by force of habit? IF they don't need to, I'd think it would be offensive to the humans to allow them rations, seeing as food is so hard to come by...

The ghouls has to steer clear of the brotherhood even when Elder Lyons was in charge this was made apparent by the dialogue given by the ghoul lady outside underworld.
The brotherhood under Maxon is far more extreme with this mentality because Maxon has a zero tolerance no exceptions policy towards anyone he perceived as an enemy.
He would kill one of his own soldiers for simply being a synth I highly doubt he wouldn’t order his troops to shoot ghoul children on sight.
Maxon is completely heartless and most of the brotherhood is loyal to him to a fault seeing as if Danse is convinced to be spared they don’t hesitate to attack both you and him.

This quest destroyed the lore. In the first game one of the biggest choices to make was to steal the water from the Ghoul city or let them keep it. If this kid survived 200 years in the fridge then he needs no water and that choice now has no meaning

I just wanna say that Danse's reactions here really show that there may be a bit of doubt inside him when it comes to the ideals of the BoS.
If you had Maxson there, he'd order you to kill the kid on sight just bc he's a ghoul. After all, look what he orders the sole survivor to do upon finding out that Danse is a synth. Maxson wouldn't care if it was a child, infant, adult, or whatever. If it's Mutant/Ghoul/Synth, he'd want it dead.
I just wish they explored this a bit more after you save Danse during Blind Betrayal and evolved his character more like with coming to terms with being a synth and understanding that not all ghouls/mutants/synths are terrible and the BoS ideals are extremist and outright genocidal. Unfortunately he just keeps rambling on about the Brotherhood. *sigh*
