I'm glad you did this video. I just purchased a similar Corbin off eBay and will need to impression a key for it. I coold not find a patent image for this model, but was happy to at least see you found an advertisement with a model#.
After your comment, I did another scour of the patent database, and did not find anything more. They must have just used a patent for some existing locks. This is a unique one. I wish you good luck keying it!
