this show and this otp grabbed be my the throat and said (affectionately) "you will edit us because we are hilarious and in love and the kind of joy you find on this show is exceptionally hard to match and also its not queerbait so you owe us" so here we are
i love stede and ed so damn much but i also love the entire crew of the revenge, every single one of them and all three couples are just so joy enducing and i absolutely demand a season 2 (which im like 99% certain we'll get since everyone is doing such a great job obsessing loudly about this show in order to get more people to watch. also season 2 has to happen so i can see lucius climb out of the secret passages and freak blackbeard the f*ck out.
also taika waititi my beloved, his presence alone was enough to get me interested in watching before I even knew about the blackbonnet ship (heh, boat pun) of love. i'm rewatching what we do in the shadows now (show first then movie) because i would like to see more of his stuff that makes me happy.
