How did you manage to compile your portfolio in regards to your admission to the High Court? Do Advocates also compile a portfolio or only Attorneys? What exactly is needed in that portfolio?
It's in the form of a High Court Applicatiom (Ex Parte). You need to have met the requirements of the Legal Practice Act. So, your application will have certified copies of your ID, Matric Certificate, degree(s), practical vocational training contract, LEAD certificate, certificate that you passed your boards, letter of no objection. Your advocate/attorney will also assist in drafting your application. I am not exactly sure about the requirements applicable to advocates but they also have to apply to Court.
